The Delta FS fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 0-1. In the 11th minute Quintino Matias shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Patrice Sénéchal saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. The audience thought a goal was coming when Henri Quesada got free with Álvaro Rede in the 21st minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. With a little luck, Delta FS's Álvaro Rede got control of the ball when Henri Quesada tried to sneak it across the goal line. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Andaka Rallo during the 44th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. A collision led to Delta FS getting a freekick after 44 minutes play. Andaka Rallo hit a great ball. After a rather tough play, Saint Côme de Fresné's Christophe Dugas got a free kick in the 45th minute. After 48 played minutes Delta FS got a freekick which was hit by Andaka Rallo. Even after changing tactics the home team jogged off the field with a 0-3 deficit. They would have to work harder if they wanted to turn things around in the second half.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Quintino Matias was the one to do the kick off. A collision led to Saint Côme de Fresné getting a freekick after 52 minutes play. Luc Boulogne hit a great ball. With a little luck, Saint Côme de Fresné's Patrice Sénéchal got control of the ball when Quintino Matias tried to sneak it across the goal line. Saint Côme de Fresné's Patrice Sénéchal played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Vasco Ribas in the 60th minute of play. Christophe Dugas kicked well hit freekick during the 61st minute of the match. When Angelo Carvalhal fell near the penalty area in the 62nd minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Delta FS's protests and gave Angelo Carvalhal a yellow card for diving instead. The supporters of Saint Côme de Fresné booed when Delta FS was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 62 match minutes in a wonderful position. Angelo Carvalhal didn't get a good kick on the ball. If Vasco Ribas had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 68th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Quintino Matias received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 70th minute. Patrice Sénéchal tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. A hard shot 73 in the game by Quintino Matias from a close distance when the talented Patrice Sénéchal managed to make a qualified save. Saint Côme de Fresné's players were relieved. Quintino Matias struck a weak shot in the 76th minute. Patrice Sénéchal didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Delta FS. In the 80th minute, Christophe Dugas hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Patrice Sénéchal stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Quintino Matias's shot from short distance in the 91st minute. Quintino Matias succeeded in the game's 95th minute to shoot an unreachable shot under the crossbar and scored - 0-7. Delta FS played a much better game than Saint Côme de Fresné and deserved their victory. The Saint Côme de Fresné players were clearly disappointed as they left the ground.
