Congo Bongo's Evelio Iaki got a good chance for a goal in the 3rd minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. In the 6th minute Victoriano Jerrold shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Damian Torres saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Lino Tonete fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 11th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Damian Torres having to interfere. The supporters of S.C. Sardaukar booed when Congo Bongo was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 12 match minutes in a wonderful position. Erasmo Sengrat didn't get a good kick on the ball. Congo Bongo were awarded a corner in the 19th minute after S.C. Sardaukar's defender lost control of the ball, allowing it to roll out over the line. Gabriel Gaizko took the corner. The corner led to Congo Bongo's Prudencio Herauso getting away a dangerous shot that went just outside the goal. 21 minutes into the match, S.C. Sardaukar's goal looked a bit too open when Lino Tonete came free, but Damian Torres reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. A hard shot 24 in the game by Ger Saber from a close distance when the talented Epifanio Ihazintu managed to make a qualified save. Congo Bongo's players were relieved. 28 minutes into the match, S.C. Sardaukar's goal looked a bit too open when Lino Tonete came free, but Damian Torres reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. 30 minutes into the match, S.C. Sardaukar's goal looked a bit too open when Victoriano Jerrold came free, but Damian Torres reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 33rd minute Lino Tonete shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Damian Torres saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After 33 played minutes S.C. Sardaukar got a freekick which was hit by Vinicio Magdaleno. Damian Torres was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Damian Torres came out of the goal in the 42nd minute to try and stop a shot by Congo Bongo's Victoriano Jerrold. But to his dismay, Victoriano Jerrold quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-2. Tiburcio Rudolfo kicked well hit freekick during the 46th minute of the match.
Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Ger Saber to make the kick off. Damian Torres made an important save on a dangerous shot by Evelio Iaki in the 51st minute. An unexpectedly hard shot by Ger Saber in the 53rd minute of play forced Congo Bongo's goalkeeper Epifanio Ihazintu to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. 56 minutes into the match, S.C. Sardaukar's goal looked a bit too open when Prudencio Herauso came free, but Damian Torres reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Vinicio Magdaleno hit a great freekick 57 minutes into the match. Evelio Iaki kicked well hit freekick during the 58th minute of the match. 60 minutes into the match, S.C. Sardaukar's goal looked a bit too open when Prudencio Herauso came free, but Damian Torres reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. S.C. Sardaukar's Damian Torres played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Prudencio Herauso in the 60th minute of play. Congo Bongo's Victoriano Jerrold got a good chance for a goal in the 63rd minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Victoriano Jerrold could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 69th minute of the match, but Damian Torres made a huge save. 70 minutes into the match, Congo Bongo's goal looked a bit too open when Ger Saber came free, but Epifanio Ihazintu reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Victoriano Jerrold came free with the goalkeeper in the 71st minute of the match, and shot straight on target. The shot was a little too simple and Damian Torres could save by the left post. S.C. Sardaukar's Damian Torres proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 73rd minute of the match, managed to save S.C. Sardaukar from getting a goal against them. Mauro Mogel kicked well hit freekick during the 76th minute of the match. The audience thought a goal was coming when Prudencio Herauso got free with Damian Torres in the 80th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. With a little luck, S.C. Sardaukar's Damian Torres got control of the ball when Prudencio Herauso tried to sneak it across the goal line. Damian Torres showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Lino Tonete in the 81st minute of the match. After 84 played minutes Congo Bongo got a freekick which was hit by Fulgencio Pedroso. During the 85th minute of the match Vinicio Magdaleno completely mistimed his tackle and brought down his opponent. The referee gave Vinicio Magdaleno a yellow card, his second in the match, which meant he could no longer take part in the game. The supporters of Congo Bongo booed when S.C. Sardaukar was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 87 match minutes in a wonderful position. Vinicio Magdaleno didn't get a good kick on the ball. Lino Tonete charged in rather forcefully in the 88th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Lino Tonete the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. In a very dangerous position, a player in S.C. Sardaukar fell when an opponent tried to get the ball from him in the 89th minute. Penalty! S.C. Sardaukar:s Damian Torres showed great skill when he stopped Gabriel Gaizko:s penalty. In the 92nd match minute, Congo Bongo was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Erasmo Sengrat to maneuver through the defense. In the 94th minute, Tiburcio Hodei hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Damian Torres came out of the goal in the 97th minute to try and stop a shot by Congo Bongo's Prudencio Herauso. But to his dismay, Prudencio Herauso quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-3. When the final whistle sounded Congo Bongo left the ground with the victory after a much better performance than S.C. Sardaukar.
