After having played for 9 minutes, Ciro Playo managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Frontera AFC's supporters crossed their fingers, but Ciro Playo was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Loco Gatti showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Elia Gallo in the 12th minute of the match. After 17 minutes of play, Frontera AFC's Guillermo Barros Schelotto made it 0-1 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Alexander Granato was left in no man's land by his defense there! With a couple of smart ball manuevers Guillermo Barros Schelotto in the 20th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Alexander Granato saved Kroton F.C. from getting behind. After some careless play in the Kroton F.C. defense, Toro Morales kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Alexander Granato. The Kroton F.C. fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Alexander Granato should have stopped the shot. If Toro Morales had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 25th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. An unexpectedly hard shot by Andrea Cicchini in the 28th minute of play forced Frontera AFC's goalkeeper Loco Gatti to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Loco Gatti showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Andrea Cicchini, who was totally free with the ball in the 31st minute. Kroton F.C.'s Alexander Granato played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Toro Morales in the 38th minute of play. After 42 minutes of play, Frontera AFC's Ciro Playo made it 0-3 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Guillermo Barros Schelotto in the 59th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Alexander Granato prevented the ball from getting in the gole. With a little luck, Kroton F.C.'s Alexander Granato got control of the ball when Guillermo Barros Schelotto tried to sneak it across the goal line. A collision led to Frontera AFC getting a freekick after 93 minutes play. Joel Enetz hit a great ball. In the 94th minute, Lucas Torrea hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Frontera AFC's fans were overjoyed with their teams well-earned victory and stayed in the stadium long after the final whistle to celebrate the win.
