The supporters of Barbie Doll United U23 booed when BLACK STAR FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 16 match minutes in a wonderful position. Sebastião Moraes didn't get a good kick on the ball. Barbie Doll United U23's Orlando Barral proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 24th minute of the match, managed to save Barbie Doll United U23 from getting a goal against them. After a rather tough play, Barbie Doll United U23's Isaltino Medeiros got a free kick in the 24th minute. Orlando Barral stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Rui Romero's shot from short distance in the 30th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. The audience thought a goal was coming when Zé Pedro Pinheiro got free with Orlando Barral in the 43rd minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. An unexpectedly hard shot by Rui Romero in the 44th minute of play forced Barbie Doll United U23's goalkeeper Orlando Barral to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Orlando Barral showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Rui Romero in the 45th minute of the match.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Luciano Velloso made a kick off. 52 minutes into the match, Barbie Doll United U23's goal looked a bit too open when Dino Urbano came free, but Orlando Barral reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Ramón Moura took the ball and in the 58 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Orlando Barral. Jeremias Furlan took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Pedrão Arce, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Jeremias Furlan made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Luciano Velloso in the 63rd minute of play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Ramón Moura in the 64th minute of play forced Barbie Doll United U23's goalkeeper Orlando Barral to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Barbie Doll United U23's Orlando Barral played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Sebastião Moraes in the 71st minute of play. After a rather tough play, BLACK STAR FC's Wesley Mangueira got a free kick in the 76th minute. Jeremias Furlan showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Luciano Velloso in the 78th minute of the match. After 79 minutes of play, BLACK STAR FC's Sebastião Moraes made it 3-0 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Orlando Barral was left in no man's land by his defense there! Orlando Barral came out of the goal in the 83rd minute to try and stop a shot by BLACK STAR FC's Rui Romero. But to his dismay, Rui Romero quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 4-0.
