In the 5th match minute, Loco De Remate was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Amadeo Hitzeder to maneuver through the defense. Marcos Berdoi took the ball and in the 9 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Adrian Guter. Adrian Guter dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 0-1. A collision led to Loco De Remate getting a freekick after 12 minutes play. Faustino Fonso hit a great ball. After having played for 16 minutes, Anselmo Nevada managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Club Atlético Atlanta's supporters crossed their fingers, but Anselmo Nevada was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Adrian Guter didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Basilio Lauren went, in the 23rd minute, to the upper right corner, 0-2 was the resulting score. 28 minutes into the match, Jacobo Madaleno notched a goal, 1-2, to the right of Club Atlético Atlanta's Carlos Germano. Carlos Germano was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. After some fancy dribbling in the 33rd minute, Abel Iban managed to get in a good position for a shot. Club Atlético Atlanta's supporters rose to their feet, but Abel Iban was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Adrian Guter breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. After 43 minutes, Jesus Librado mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Loco De Remate and the Club Atlético Atlanta players grew even worse after the yellow card. Jesus Librado kicked well hit freekick during the 43rd minute of the match. Froilan Txeru's late challenge caught a Club Atlético Atlanta's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Froilan Txeru helped the player get up and apologised. After 47 played minutes Loco De Remate got a freekick which was hit by Froilan Txeru. Luck had favoured the away team in the first, and they walked off with a 1-4 lead.
The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Jacobo Madaleno stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. When Anselmo Nevada came up free with the goalie in the 52nd minute, the Club Atlético Atlanta fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Anselmo Nevada couldn't finish the play. After some fancy dribbling in the 53rd minute, Abel Iban managed to get in a good position for a shot. Club Atlético Atlanta's supporters rose to their feet, but Abel Iban was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Adrian Guter breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. In the 56th minute, Loco De Remate's goalie took a deep sigh of relief after Basilio Lauren fired away a hard shot that went just outside the left post. After 57 played minutes Loco De Remate got a freekick which was hit by Jesus Librado. With his leg Adrian Guter managed to avoid a goal in the 58thth minute, when Club Atlético Atlanta's Marcos Berdoi fired away a shot with a lot of spin towards his right hand side. Ciro Ferdinand kicked well hit freekick during the 62nd minute of the match. In the 63rd minute of the match Faustino Fonso shot from a long distance. The ball could have gone into the goal to the right of the goalkeeper, but Carlos Germano showed his good shape when he easily got hold of the ball. Adrian Guter was a little too slow when Anselmo Nevada got a fine hit on the ball which went right into the goal in the 65th minute. The score was now 1-5. Carlos Germano showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Jacobo Madaleno, who was totally free with the ball in the 68th minute. Froilan Txeru was shown his second yellow card after 69 minutes, following a rather ugly tackle on opponent. That was the end of his participation in the match. After a rather tough play, Loco De Remate's Froilan Txeru got a free kick in the 70th minute. 71 minutes into the match, Loco De Remate's goal looked a bit too open when Anselmo Nevada came free, but Adrian Guter reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Marcos Berdoi scored 1-6 in the 73rd match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Adrian Guter, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. 79 minutes into the match, Loco De Remate's goal looked a bit too open when Abel Iban came free, but Adrian Guter reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Adrian Guter made an important save on a dangerous shot by Marcos Berdoi in the 83rd minute. Carlos Germano showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Wilfredo Eneko, who was totally free with the ball in the 84th minute. In the 94th minute, Abel Iban made a precise shot to the right of Adrian Guter. Loco De Remate's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 1-8. When the final whistle sounded Club Atlético Atlanta left the ground with the victory after a much better performance than Loco De Remate.
