In a very dangerous position, a player in Botinho FC fell when an opponent tried to get the ball from him in the 21st minute. Penalty! The goalkeeper, Hílton Magalhães, was totally fooled by Club Atlético Escocia's Justin Tello, who 22 minutes into the game made a penalty shot that went in on the goalkeeper's left side. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Evelio Sotero in the 24th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Hílton Magalhães prevented the ball from getting in the gole. After a rather tough play, Club Atlético Escocia's Enrique Astrada got a free kick in the 26th minute. In the 27th minute, Paulo Renato Carioca hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. After 29 minutes, Jonas Tauro made it 3-0 with a short kick to the right side. Botinho FC's Hílton Magalhães tried to save the shot but he was too slow in reacting to the shot. Jonas Tauro had several of the Botinho FC's defenders around him in the penalty area when he, after 32 minutes of play, received a pass and succeeded in some way to shoot a shot which went straight ahead into goal. This resulted in a 4-0 score and a disappointed Hílton Magalhães as he didn't even see the shot coming. 39 minutes into the match, Botinho FC's goalkeeper Hílton Magalhães had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Jonas Tauro. After a rather tough play, Botinho FC's Bernardinho Penha got a free kick in the 43rd minute. In the 44th minute of the match, Evelio Sotero tried to roll the ball into the goal by the right post, but Hílton Magalhães saw his intentions and got control of the ball before it passed the line. In the 46thth minute of the game Jonas Tauro who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Botinho FC's Hílton Magalhães was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Bernardinho Penha hit a great freekick 47 minutes into the match. With a little luck, Botinho FC's Hílton Magalhães got control of the ball when Jonas Tauro tried to sneak it across the goal line. Clemente Oroitz was in a good position and managed to take a shot, but he missed just to the outside of the post. When Club Atlético Escocia's Evelio Sotero in the 51st minute got a chance for a shot 51st didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. The wind increased when Bernardinho Penha made the kick off in the second half. Club Atlético Escocia's Jonas Tauro got a good chance for a goal in the 56th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. A collision led to Botinho FC getting a freekick after 62 minutes play. Marco Nóbrega hit a great ball. Hílton Magalhães stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Jonas Tauro's shot from short distance in the 66th minute. Hílton Magalhães made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Evelio Sotero in the 71st minute of play. 72 minutes into the match, Evelio Sotero had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Hílton Magalhães. Botinho FC's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Evelio Sotero was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 5-0. Hílton Magalhães showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Fermin Chano, who was totally free with the ball in the 79th minute. 90 minutes into the match, Botinho FC's goal looked a bit too open when Jonas Tauro came free, but Hílton Magalhães reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Jeronimo Mon made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Bernardinho Penha in the 92nd minute of play. Botinho FC's players left the field with heads hung low after losing a match that had been finely balanced throughout.
