Spectators: 7487 (Terracing: 5616, Seating: 1722, VIP seats: 149) The mood of the audience was pleasant when Alberto Dominic made the kick off which started today's match. After 2 played minutes BAIRES got a freekick which was hit by Jose Quintan. Edward van Asten was probably a little too eager to shoot when he, in the 3rd played minute, shot the ball from way out. The shot was hard, but the ball flew wide of the goal. If Edward van Asten had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 11th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 14th minute, BAIRES's Jose Quintan seemed to kick out at an opponent. The referee saw this and, surprisingly, showed Jose Quintan the red card, dismissing him from the pitch. The coaching staff of BAIRES protested bitterly, but the referee would have none of it, and Jose Quintan had no choice but to slowly walk off the pitch. In the 14th minute, one of BAIRES:s players had the ball in front of the goal but got pushed and fell. The referee felt it was an obvious case and blew a penalty for BAIRES. In the 15th minute there was a penalty for SCARFACE. Edward van Asten stepped forward and shot the ball to the right of a diving Marcelino Bastian. 0-1. Alberto Dominic's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Giovanni Braamhaar read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 19th minute of play. Jurgen Ottens sent away a hard shot on goal in the 22nd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Edward van Asten fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 28th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Marcelino Bastian having to interfere. Giovanni Braamhaar stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Constantino Behe's shot from short distance in the 29th minute. In the 31st minute the ball was on its way in behind BAIRES's goalkeeper Marcelino Bastian, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Jordi Bömker charged in rather forcefully in the 34th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Jordi Bömker the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. Jordi Bömker kicked well hit freekick during the 34th minute of the match. In the 36th match minute, BAIRES was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Alberto Dominic to maneuver through the defense. Edward van Asten struck a weak shot in the 40th minute. Marcelino Bastian didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for SCARFACE. After some fancy dribbling in the 41st minute, Jurgen Ottens managed to get in a good position for a shot. SCARFACE's supporters rose to their feet, but Jurgen Ottens was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Marcelino Bastian breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Marcelino Bastian showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Edward van Asten, who was totally free with the ball in the 42nd minute. 45 minutes into the match, SCARFACE's goalkeeper Giovanni Braamhaar had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Alberto Dominic. SCARFACE's Edward van Asten got a good chance for a goal in the 46th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Marcelino Bastian came out of the goal in the 48th minute to try and stop a shot by SCARFACE's Jouke Boon. But to his dismay, Jouke Boon quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-2. Disappointed in the 0-2 score, the home team went to the dressing room to adjust tactics for the second half.

BAIRES's Marcelino Bastian proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 54th minute of the match, managed to save BAIRES from getting a goal against them. BAIRES's goalkeeper couldn't reach when Jurgen Ottens 56 minutes into the game got a good kick on the ball which found its way into goal just inside left pole. 0-3. Constantino Behe fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 59th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Giovanni Braamhaar having to interfere. Alberto Dominic sent away a hard shot on goal in the 61st minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Marcelino Bastian made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Jurgen Ottens in the 69th minute of play. In the 72nd minute the ball was on its way in behind BAIRES's goalkeeper Marcelino Bastian, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Alberto Dominic fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 77th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Giovanni Braamhaar having to interfere. 85 minutes into the match, BAIRES's goal looked a bit too open when Jurgen Ottens came free, but Marcelino Bastian reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Giovanni Braamhaar made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Alberto Dominic in the 89th minute of play. SCARFACE's fans were overjoyed with their teams well-earned victory and stayed in the stadium long after the final whistle to celebrate the win.
