After 11 played minutes Florencio Diegotxe rounded Palma AFC's defense and shot a beautiful shot into goal via left pole - 1-0. Rolando Clis received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 14th minute. Delmar Mel tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Adrian Nesto's late challenge caught a Palma AFC's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Adrian Nesto helped the player get up and apologised. Adrian Nesto hit a great freekick 15 minutes into the match. After 19 played minutes Masters United F.C. got a freekick which was hit by Claudio Cordaro. Pedro Isias took a chance and fired a shot far from the goal in the 20th minute, but it turned out to be a dangerous situation for Delmar Mel. Masters United F.C.'s goalkeeper really had to stretch himself to stop the ball from crossing the goal line. Esteve Terciero was out of position in the 23 minute of play, and Ariel Urko capitalized on the mistake with a soft shot into the goal. Ariel Urko really showed his touch with that goal: 2-0. Delmar Mel came out of the goal in the 26th minute to try and stop a shot by Palma AFC's Mateo Ted. But to his dismay, Mateo Ted quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 2-1. After some careless play in the Palma AFC defense, Humberto Hermon kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Esteve Terciero. The Palma AFC fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Esteve Terciero should have stopped the shot. Silvano Columbo kicked well hit freekick during the 34th minute of the match. Delmar Mel showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Pedro Isias in the 37th minute of the match. Esteve Terciero made an important save on a dangerous shot by Raimundo Orlo in the 42nd minute. After 44 played minutes Palma AFC got a freekick which was hit by Enzo Ovando. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Aquilino Loreto during the 46th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. In the 46th minute, Aquilino Loreto hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. All the noise was coming from the home fans when the whistle went for half-time. The home team had fought hardest to put themselves in a deserved lead.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Pedro Isias to make the kick off. After having played for 54 minutes, Ariel Urko managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Masters United F.C.'s supporters crossed their fingers, but Ariel Urko was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Mateo Ted could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 55th minute of the match, but Delmar Mel made a huge save. 56 minutes into the match, Ariel Urko had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Esteve Terciero. Palma AFC's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Ariel Urko was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 4-1. Esteve Terciero made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Humberto Hermon in the 60th minute of play. After some careless play in the Palma AFC defense, Florencio Diegotxe kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Esteve Terciero. The Palma AFC fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Esteve Terciero should have stopped the shot. After 65 played minutes Palma AFC got a freekick which was hit by Rolando Clis. Humberto Hermon scored 6-1 in the 67th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Esteve Terciero, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Esteve Terciero didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Ariel Urko went, in the 69th minute, to the upper right corner, 7-1 was the resulting score. The supporters of Masters United F.C. booed when Palma AFC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 77 match minutes in a wonderful position. Aquilino Loreto didn't get a good kick on the ball. Esteve Terciero came out of the goal in the 81st minute to try and stop a shot by Masters United F.C.'s Humberto Hermon. But to his dismay, Humberto Hermon quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 8-1. Pedro Isias sent away a hard shot on goal in the 87th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Masters United F.C.'s supporters were delighted with their team's performance and swarmed onto the pitch at the end of the match to celebrate the victory with the players.
