Spectators: 7518 (Terracing: 5639, Seating: 1729, VIP seats: 150) The mood of the audience was pleasant when Rodrigo Domingues made the kick off which started today's match. After 4 played minutes Breguete FC got a freekick which was hit by Luís Coelho. Nando da Costa received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 9th minute. Jefferson Souza tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. A collision led to Shark FC - FSCMZ getting a freekick after 10 minutes play. Waldemar Vergílio hit a great ball. 17 minutes into the match, Breguete FC's goal looked a bit too open when Márcio Garcia came free, but Jefferson Souza reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 19th minute Osvaldo Garcia shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Bernardinho Sharkin saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Luís Coelho's late challenge caught a Shark FC - FSCMZ's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Luís Coelho helped the player get up and apologised. Márcio Garcia shot from long distance after 28 played minutes, a shot that Jefferson Souza with certain difficulty stopped from going in under the crossbar. Nando da Costa recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 31st minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. In the 33rdth minute of the game Osvaldo Garcia who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Shark FC - FSCMZ's Bernardinho Sharkin was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. An unexpectedly hard shot by Osvaldo Garcia in the 41st minute of play forced Shark FC - FSCMZ's goalkeeper Bernardinho Sharkin to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Charles Vargas hit a great freekick 44 minutes into the match. After 45 played minutes, Breguete FC's Ulysses de Salles shot from a long distance, and at first it looked like the ball was going into the goal, but the goalkeeper Bernardinho Sharkin came through and got his fingers on the ball before it flew over the goal line. He then quickly gripped the ball tighter before the forwards in Breguete FC reached it. A collision led to Shark FC - FSCMZ getting a freekick after 46 minutes play. Márcio Garcia hit a great ball.

The wind increased when Nando da Costa made the kick off in the second half. After some fancy dribbling in the 54th minute, Márcio Garcia managed to get in a good position for a shot. Shark FC - FSCMZ's supporters rose to their feet, but Márcio Garcia was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Jefferson Souza breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Jefferson Souza took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Nando da Costa, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. After a rather tough play, Shark FC - FSCMZ's Jacinto Queiroz got a free kick in the 67th minute. After some careless play in the Breguete FC defense, Nando da Costa kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Jefferson Souza. The Breguete FC fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Jefferson Souza should have stopped the shot. After a rather tough play, Shark FC - FSCMZ's Jacinto Queiroz got a free kick in the 77th minute. In the 78th match minute, Shark FC - FSCMZ was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Charles Vargas to maneuver through the defense. In the 79th minute, Paulinho Sabóia hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. After 80 played minutes Shark FC - FSCMZ got a freekick which was hit by Charles Vargas. Jefferson Souza came out of the goal in the 88th minute to try and stop a shot by Shark FC - FSCMZ's Márcio Garcia. But to his dismay, Márcio Garcia quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 2-0. Shark FC - FSCMZ's fans were exulted and cheered after their team won in a match that could easily have gone the other way.
