Spectators: 7474 (Terracing: 5607, Seating: 1718, VIP seats: 149) Nemesio Alonso made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Carolo Lope in the 9th minute of play. Nemesio Alonso took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Francisco Ralondo, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. After some careless play in the Los Trip defense, Aytuğ Erdursun kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Nemesio Alonso. The Los Trip fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Nemesio Alonso should have stopped the shot. El Millo de Haedo's Francisco Ralondo got a good chance for a goal in the 23rd minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Nemesio Alonso showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Francisco Ralondo in the 29th minute of the match. If Alejo Urtun had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 34th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Francisco Ralondo recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 38th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. 41 minutes into the match, El Millo de Haedo's goalkeeper Fernando Ruisko had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Godofredo Aballe. When the match clock showed 47 minutes, the score became 0-3 when Francisco Ralondo sped through Los Trip's defense and sent away a curving shot that went into the net to the right of Nemesio Alonso. After the first half El Millo de Haedo were leading 0-3. They had played with great self confidence throughout the first half and fully deserved their lead.

Fernando Ruisko took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Cosme Guzman, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 55th minute, Francisco Ralondo made a precise shot to the right of Nemesio Alonso. Los Trip's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 0-4. El Millo de Haedo's Fernando Ruisko played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Carlos Urre in the 62nd minute of play. A collision led to El Millo de Haedo getting a freekick after 63 minutes play. Adrián González hit a great ball. Cosme Guzman recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 64th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. After a rather tough play, El Millo de Haedo's Francisco Ralondo got a free kick in the 80th minute. After 83 played minutes Los Trip got a freekick which was hit by Ceferino Grabiel. In the 85th minute the ball was on its way in behind Los Trip's goalkeeper Nemesio Alonso, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Los Trip's defense didn't have a chance, in the 87th minute, when Aytuğ Erdursun scored to the left of an out of position Nemesio Alonso, making the score, 0-6. An unexpectedly hard shot by Fulgencio Arce in the 91st minute of play forced El Millo de Haedo's goalkeeper Fernando Ruisko to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Carolo Lope sent away a hard shot on goal in the 95th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. The referee blew the final whistle, and the away crowd roared, having watched El Millo de Haedo eke out a victory against a very well matched opponent.
