It was Zdzislaw Pusiak who took care of the corner kick. Boruc Niewiadomski received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 6th minute. Jean-Marie Van Bever tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. After 7 minutes of play, De Beverpatrouille's Claus Rijmenans made it 0-1 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Wladyslaw Tomaka was left in no man's land by his defense there! An unexpectedly hard shot by Claus Rijmenans in the 15th minute of play forced Czarni Kozłowa Góra's goalkeeper Wladyslaw Tomaka to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. The audience thought a goal was coming when Boruc Niewiadomski got free with Jean-Marie Van Bever in the 17th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. After 18 played minutes De Beverpatrouille got a freekick which was hit by Bertrand Van de Goor. Boruc Niewiadomski in the 19thth minute had a little luck and got a chance for a shot in front of the goal. Without hesitation aimed to the right of Jean-Marie Van Bever, who managed to lunge to the right direction and made a save. In the last second Jean-Marie Van Bever throw himself and got hold of the ball when Boruc Niewiadomski in the 24thth minute from his position got away a shot towards the right post. 25 minutes had been played when some careless play by De Beverpatrouille's defense caused the ball to cross the line for a corner. Zdzislaw Pusiak was slow to take the kick. During this time Czarni Kozłowa Góra's players had a chance to rest. After a rather tough play, Czarni Kozłowa Góra's Wasyl Gibowski got a free kick in the 26th minute. In the 31st minute, Claus Rijmenans ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Wladyslaw Tomaka was frozen by the shot and now it was 1-2. Claus Rijmenans took the ball and in the 34 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Wladyslaw Tomaka. Wladyslaw Tomaka dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 1-3. With an all-out effort, Czarni Kozłowa Góra's Jean-Marie Van Bever threw himself towards the right post 37 minutes into the match and grabbed hold of the ball from Karol Laba, which otherwise would have been placed in the net. 40 minutes into the match, Czarni Kozłowa Góra's goal looked a bit too open when Claus Rijmenans came free, but Wladyslaw Tomaka reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Ronald Meynen charged in rather forcefully in the 43rd minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Ronald Meynen the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. After 43 played minutes De Beverpatrouille got a freekick which was hit by Ronald Meynen. Czarni Kozłowa Góra's Zdzislaw Pusiak shoveled away a really nice long shot in the 43rd minute of play. The shot was stopped by Jean-Marie Van Bever but with some difficulty. Wojciech Niedziela hit a great freekick 46 minutes into the match. Disappointed in the 1-3 score, the home team went to the dressing room to adjust tactics for the second half.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Claus Rijmenans to make the kick off. Claus Rijmenans received a nice pass, split the defenders, and ran untouched towards the goal. Wladyslaw Tomaka came out and tried to block the shot, but Claus Rijmenans slotted it home off the left post making it 1-4 in the 54th minute. Wlodzimierz Zywiec fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 57th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Jean-Marie Van Bever having to interfere. Wasyl Gibowski kicked well hit freekick during the 61st minute of the match. The audience was convinced that Boruc Niewiadomski's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Jean-Marie Van Bever was relentless in the 64th minute of the game. Claus Rijmenans could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 76th minute of the match, but Wladyslaw Tomaka made a huge save. When the match had gone on for 81 minutes, Claus Rijmenans took a quick shot and it went in 1-5 without a chance for Wladyslaw Tomaka to make any attempt to save it. Wladyslaw Tomaka showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Claus Rijmenans, who was totally free with the ball in the 84th minute. When Bertrand Van de Goor fell near the penalty area in the 85th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored De Beverpatrouille's protests and gave Bertrand Van de Goor a yellow card for diving instead. Bertrand Van de Goor hit a great freekick 85 minutes into the match. 87 minutes into the game, De Beverpatrouille's Claus Rijmenans nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Wladyslaw Tomaka made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 1-6. The referee blew the final whistle, and the away crowd roared, having watched De Beverpatrouille eke out a victory against a very well matched opponent.
