Spectators: 7523 (Terracing: 5643, Seating: 1730, VIP seats: 150) Simão Machado made the kick off and thus started the match. The audience thought a goal was coming when Roderick Burnham got free with Augusto Alcântara in the 4th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. The crowd rose to their feet as Sammy Nixon kicked a wonderful shot that went in to the left of a diving Augusto Alcântara. That made the score 1-0 in the 5 minute of play. In the 8th minute, Olavo Domingues hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Sammy Nixons short, quick shot in the 9thth minute got Augusto Alcântara to make great effort and bar the ball away from getting in. Augusto Alcântara showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Sammy Nixon, who was totally free with the ball in the 11th minute. An unexpectedly hard shot by Simão Machado in the 14th minute of play forced Mountain West FC's goalkeeper Roy Holman to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Augusto Alcântara showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Sammy Nixon in the 16th minute of the match. 16 minutes into the match, Alvinegro de Tupã's goal looked a bit too open when Roderick Burnham came free, but Augusto Alcântara reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. 20 minutes into the game, Jeffrey Marino recieved a splendid long ball, split the defenders, and gently placed the ball to the left of Augusto Alcântara. Jeffrey Marino showed that you don't have to tear a hole in the net to score, 2-0. After a rather tough play, Alvinegro de Tupã's Simão Machado got a free kick in the 23rd minute. Augusto Alcântara took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Calvin Cayla, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Calvin Cayla took the ball and in the 31 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Augusto Alcântara. Augusto Alcântara dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 4-0. 34 minutes into the match, Alvinegro de Tupã's goal looked a bit too open when Sammy Nixon came free, but Augusto Alcântara reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Augusto Alcântara made an important save on a dangerous shot by D.J. Brantley in the 38th minute. Augusto Alcântara was a little too slow when Calvin Cayla got a fine hit on the ball which went right into the goal in the 39th minute. The score was now 5-0. 44 minutes into the match, Alvinegro de Tupã's goal looked a bit too open when Sammy Nixon came free, but Augusto Alcântara reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Augusto Alcântara came out of the goal in the 45th minute to try and stop a shot by Mountain West FC's D.J. Brantley. But to his dismay, D.J. Brantley quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 6-0. The home fans were very happy to see their team leading 6-0 at half-time.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Sammy Nixon was the one to do the kick off. An unexpectedly hard shot by Sammy Nixon in the 53rd minute of play forced Alvinegro de Tupã's goalkeeper Augusto Alcântara to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Alvinegro de Tupã's Augusto Alcântara played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by D.J. Brantley in the 55th minute of play. Roderick Burnham recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 57th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Augusto Alcântara took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from D.J. Brantley, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. 73 minutes into the match, Alvinegro de Tupã's goal looked a bit too open when Sammy Nixon came free, but Augusto Alcântara reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 75th minute, Renatinho Braga hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Augusto Alcântara showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Calvin Cayla in the 76th minute of the match. Alvinegro de Tupã's Augusto Alcântara played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Roderick Burnham in the 77th minute of play. 79 minutes had been played when some careless play by Alvinegro de Tupã's defense caused the ball to cross the line for a corner. Scot Tate was slow to take the kick. During this time Mountain West FC's players had a chance to rest. A nice corner shot did that Scot Tate got away a dangerous shot. Despite this Augusto Alcântara quite easily got ahold of the ball to make the save. After 80 minutes of play, Mountain West FC's Calvin Cayla made it 9-0 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Augusto Alcântara was left in no man's land by his defense there! In the 83rd minute, Calvin Cayla left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Mountain West FC fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 10-0. In the 87th match minute, Alvinegro de Tupã was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Fernandinho Paes to maneuver through the defense. When Mountain West FC's Sammy Nixon in the 88th minute got a chance for a shot 88th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Alvinegro de Tupã's goalie prevented a goal. Mountain West FC's attacker deliberately struck the ball against an opponent to win a corner for his team. The corner was taken by Scot Tate in the 89th minute. After taking down the ball on Mountain West FC's corner Scot Tate fired away a hard shot, but the defenders efficiently covered the most dangerous angles and Augusto Alcântara quite easily take care of the ball. Christian Cruz's late challenge caught a Mountain West FC's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Christian Cruz helped the player get up and apologised. Christian Cruz kicked well hit freekick during the 92nd minute of the match. Calvin Cayla received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 96th minute. Augusto Alcântara tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Mountain West FC's supporters were delighted with their team's performance and swarmed onto the pitch at the end of the match to celebrate the victory with the players.
