Alvinegro de Tupã's Augusto Alcântara played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Carlos da Costa in the 8th minute of play. After 14 minutes of play, Compostela FSCMZ's Carlos da Costa made it 0-1 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Augusto Alcântara was left in no man's land by his defense there! 17 minutes into the game, Compostela FSCMZ's Luís Eduardo Prado nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Augusto Alcântara made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 0-2. Augusto Alcântara took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Valdo Gonçalves, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Alvinegro de Tupã's Augusto Alcântara played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Carlos da Costa in the 28th minute of play. In the 30th minute Gilmar Paes shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Augusto Alcântara saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Gilmar Paes scored 0-3 in the 32nd match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Augusto Alcântara, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. In the 35th minute, Luís Eduardo Prado made a precise shot to the right of Augusto Alcântara. Alvinegro de Tupã's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 0-4. Alvinegro de Tupã's Augusto Alcântara played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Carlos da Costa in the 39th minute of play. Augusto Alcântara came out of the goal in the 43rd minute to try and stop a shot by Compostela FSCMZ's Valdo Gonçalves. But to his dismay, Valdo Gonçalves quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-5. 46 minutes into the match, Alvinegro de Tupã's goal looked a bit too open when Gilmar Paes came free, but Augusto Alcântara reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After 47 minutes of play, Compostela FSCMZ's Valdo Gonçalves made it 0-6 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Augusto Alcântara was left in no man's land by his defense there! Even after changing tactics the home team jogged off the field with a 0-6 deficit. They would have to work harder if they wanted to turn things around in the second half.
When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Luís Eduardo Prado made a kick off. An unexpectedly hard shot by Carlos da Costa in the 53rd minute of play forced Alvinegro de Tupã's goalkeeper Augusto Alcântara to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After a rather tough play, Alvinegro de Tupã's Dinei Moraes got a free kick in the 54th minute. In the 55th minute, Compostela FSCMZ's Carlos da Costa dribbled the ball into the box and hit a shot with the outside of his foot, sending the keeper the wrong way. 0-7. Luís Eduardo Prado recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 58th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Michael Spillmann hit a great freekick 61 minutes into the match. Alvinegro de Tupã's defense didn't have a chance, in the 67th minute, when Luís Eduardo Prado scored to the left of an out of position Augusto Alcântara, making the score, 0-8. Alvinegro de Tupã's Augusto Alcântara played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Luís Eduardo Prado in the 70th minute of play. 71 minutes into the match, Carlos da Costa dribbled the ball past the defender and swiftly kicked the ball to the left of Augusto Alcântara, 0-9. Dinei Moraes kicked well hit freekick during the 75th minute of the match. A collision led to Alvinegro de Tupã getting a freekick after 76 minutes play. Dinei Moraes hit a great ball. In the 77th minute, Romário Borges hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Compostela FSCMZ's Richard Quintal was substituted for Carlos da Costa. With his leg Augusto Alcântara managed to avoid a goal in the 84thth minute, when Compostela FSCMZ's Valdo Gonçalves fired away a shot with a lot of spin towards his right hand side. An unexpectedly hard shot by Luís Eduardo Prado in the 85th minute of play forced Alvinegro de Tupã's goalkeeper Augusto Alcântara to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. 86 minutes into the match, Alvinegro de Tupã's goalkeeper Augusto Alcântara had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Richard Quintal. In the 87th match minute, Compostela FSCMZ was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Dorival Sanches to maneuver through the defense. Christian Cruz kicked well hit freekick during the 92nd minute of the match. In the 94th minute Luís Eduardo Prado shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Augusto Alcântara saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After a rather tough play, Alvinegro de Tupã's Fernandinho Paes got a free kick in the 95th minute. After some fancy dribbling in the 95th minute, Lúcio Dantas managed to get in a good position for a shot. Compostela FSCMZ's supporters rose to their feet, but Lúcio Dantas was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Augusto Alcântara breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. When the final whistle sounded Compostela FSCMZ left the ground with the victory after a much better performance than Alvinegro de Tupã.
