Spectators: 7541 (Terracing: 5657, Seating: 1734, VIP seats: 150) Mala FC's Washington Berger started the match with a crisp pass. The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. Teodoro Gaufred showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Washington Berger, who was totally free with the ball in the 3rd minute. Gogo Tipi kicked well hit freekick during the 3rd minute of the match. In the 7th minute, Gogo Tipi got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. The supporters of Kaplan booed when Mala FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 9 match minutes in a wonderful position. Maurinho Jacinto didn't get a good kick on the ball. A collision led to Kaplan getting a freekick after 21 minutes play. Felipe Ermano hit a great ball. After 29 played minutes, Kaplan's Edelmiro Sagrario shot from a long distance, and at first it looked like the ball was going into the goal, but the goalkeeper Laerte da Mata came through and got his fingers on the ball before it flew over the goal line. He then quickly gripped the ball tighter before the forwards in Kaplan reached it. After a rather tough play, Mala FC's Samuel Dante got a free kick in the 33rd minute. Kaplan's Gogo Tipi got a good chance for a goal in the 33rd minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. When Gogo Tipi was, once again, overly rough in his play he received his second yellow card and was ordered off the ground. 35 minutes had been played. In the 36th minute, Gogo Tipi hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. After having played for 37 minutes, Washington Berger managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Mala FC's supporters crossed their fingers, but Washington Berger was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Kaplan's Florentino Cristos got a good chance for a goal in the 39th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. 47 minutes into the match, Marcelino Ederono dribbled the ball past the defender and swiftly kicked the ball to the left of Laerte da Mata, 2-0. Af the end of the first half the score was 2-0. The first half had gone as expected for the home team.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Robustiano Sansone to make the kick off. Laerte da Mata showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Florentino Cristos in the 53rd minute of the match. Joélson Terra could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 58th minute of the match, but Teodoro Gaufred made a huge save. Laerte da Mata made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Robustiano Sansone in the 59th minute of play. Robustiano Sansone scored 3-0 in the 61st match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Laerte da Mata, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Joélson Terra during the 64th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. In the 64th match minute, Mala FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Joélson Terra to maneuver through the defense. In the 72nd match minute, Kaplan was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Florentino Cristos to maneuver through the defense. In the 80th minute, Joélson Terra hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. 83 minutes into the match, Mala FC's goal looked a bit too open when Florentino Cristos came free, but Laerte da Mata reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 86th minute, Washington Berger made a precise shot to the right of Teodoro Gaufred. Kaplan's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 4-1. Mala FC's Laerte da Mata played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Florentino Cristos in the 89th minute of play. In the 93rd minute Florentino Cristos shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Laerte da Mata saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Mauro Franco hit a great freekick 95 minutes into the match. Mauro Franco kicked well hit freekick during the 98th minute of the match. For all the effort they put into the match, the Mala FC players left disappointed. They had fought hard, but couldn't break down the home team's defense. The match ended in a win for Kaplan.
