In the 4th minute Eddy Rosseels shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Leonardo Gonzalez saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After 5 played minutes Vamo A Calmarno got a freekick which was hit by Leandro Guillelme. Vamo A Calmarno's Leonardo Gonzalez played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Eddy Rosseels in the 6th minute of play. After taking down the ball on Flamenco United's corner Tran Hauwaerts fired away a hard shot, but the defenders efficiently covered the most dangerous angles and Leonardo Gonzalez quite easily take care of the ball. Celestino Dolfo kicked well hit freekick during the 9th minute of the match. 11 minutes into the match, Vamo A Calmarno's goal looked a bit too open when Klaas De Loose came free, but Leonardo Gonzalez reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Jorge Gagriel kicked well hit freekick during the 12th minute of the match. In the 13th minute, Bill Daems made a precise shot to the right of Leonardo Gonzalez. After some careless play in the Vamo A Calmarno defense, Tran Hauwaerts kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Leonardo Gonzalez. The Vamo A Calmarno fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Leonardo Gonzalez should have stopped the shot. Amadeo Lehior was shown his second yellow card after 22 minutes, following a rather ugly tackle on opponent. That was the end of his participation in the match. After 23 played minutes Vamo A Calmarno got a freekick which was hit by Amadeo Lehior. Leonardo Gonzalez showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Eddy Rosseels, who was totally free with the ball in the 24th minute. Leonardo Gonzalez showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Eddy Rosseels, who was totally free with the ball in the 41st minute. Even after changing tactics the home team jogged off the field with a 0-6 deficit. They would have to work harder if they wanted to turn things around in the second half.
Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Cayetano Javiero to make the kick off. Cayetano Javiero fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 53rd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Gilbert Van Meerbeec having to interfere. 55 minutes into the match, Vamo A Calmarno's goalkeeper Leonardo Gonzalez had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Klaas De Loose. 56 minutes into the match, Vamo A Calmarno's goal looked a bit too open when Bryan Clijsters came free, but Leonardo Gonzalez reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 58th minute, Cayetano Javiero hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. The supporters of Flamenco United booed when Vamo A Calmarno was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 59 match minutes in a wonderful position. Celestino Dolfo didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 61st minute of the match, Tran Hauwaerts tried to roll the ball into the goal by the right post, but Leonardo Gonzalez saw his intentions and got control of the ball before it passed the line. Cayetano Javiero sent away a hard shot on goal in the 62nd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. After 64 minutes of play, Flamenco United's Tran Hauwaerts made it 0-7 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Leonardo Gonzalez was left in no man's land by his defense there! Leonardo Gonzalez was in the perfect position, and the defense had done a good job marking him, but Tran Hauwaerts showcased his skills and made a perfect shot to score 0-8 in the 68 minute of play. Vamo A Calmarno's defense didn't have a chance, in the 71st minute, when Tran Hauwaerts scored to the left of an out of position Leonardo Gonzalez, making the score, 0-9. Leonardo Gonzalez showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Eddy Rosseels, who was totally free with the ball in the 75th minute. Cayetano Javiero got his second yellow card in the match during the 83rd minute which meant that he had to leave the ground. Through a fast twist with his body, he could stop the ball from going in on his right side. But to his dismay, Bill Daems quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-11. Leonardo Gonzalez was a little too slow when Tran Hauwaerts got a fine hit on the ball which went right into the goal in the 90th minute. The score was now 0-12. When the match was over Flamenco United could go home with a victory in their luggage, having controlled the game far better than Vamo A Calmarno throughout the match.
