Spectators: 7577 (Terracing: 5683, Seating: 1743, VIP seats: 151) After 7 minutes, Célio Saldanha mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Jurassic Monsters SA and the Haridades F.C players grew even worse after the yellow card. A collision led to Jurassic Monsters SA getting a freekick after 7 minutes play. Célio Saldanha hit a great ball. Jurassic Monsters SA's Denílson Azevedo played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Giovanni Corrêa in the 10th minute of play. Gerson Sarmento took the ball and in the 12 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Denílson Azevedo. Denílson Azevedo dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 0-1. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Gerson Sarmento in the 17th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Denílson Azevedo saved Jurassic Monsters SA from getting behind. After some fancy dribbling in the 19th minute, Moisés Dracena managed to get in a good position for a shot. Haridades F.C's supporters rose to their feet, but Moisés Dracena was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Denílson Azevedo breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Denílson Azevedo made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Giovanni Corrêa in the 21st minute of play. Gerson Sarmento's late challenge caught a Jurassic Monsters SA's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Gerson Sarmento helped the player get up and apologised. In the 22nd minute, Gerson Sarmento hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Gerson Sarmento received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 28th minute. Denílson Azevedo tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. 29 minutes into the match, Jurassic Monsters SA's goal looked a bit too open when Giovanni Corrêa came free, but Denílson Azevedo reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Josué Penha sent away a hard shot on goal in the 37th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. 42 minutes into the game, Haridades F.C's Gerson Sarmento nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Denílson Azevedo made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 0-2. Jurassic Monsters SA's Valdo Macedo suffered a sore thigh after 46 minutes and couldn't finish the game. Haridades F.C's Gerson Sarmento got his second yellow card of the match in the 46th minute. The referee ordered Gerson Sarmento off the ground. The supporters of Jurassic Monsters SA booed when Haridades F.C was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 47 match minutes in a wonderful position. Gerson Sarmento didn't get a good kick on the ball. After the first half Haridades F.C were leading 0-2. They had played with great self confidence throughout the first half and fully deserved their lead.

A collision led to Jurassic Monsters SA getting a freekick after 51 minutes play. Guga Paes hit a great ball. After a defensive mix-up in Jurassic Monsters SA's zone, Giovanni Corrêa stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Denílson Azevedo came out of the goal and Giovanni Corrêa tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. The supporters of Haridades F.C booed when Jurassic Monsters SA was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 61 match minutes in a wonderful position. Dorian Silveira didn't get a good kick on the ball. Bebeto Cardoso showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Josué Penha, who was totally free with the ball in the 66th minute. Moisés Dracena kicked well hit freekick during the 70th minute of the match. Bebeto Cardoso took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Josué Penha, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. A collision led to Haridades F.C getting a freekick after 73 minutes play. Maurício Braga hit a great ball. 74 minutes into the match, Josué Penha had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Bebeto Cardoso. Haridades F.C's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Josué Penha was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 1-2. After 92 minutes, Ronaldinho Xavier mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Haridades F.C and the Jurassic Monsters SA players grew even worse after the yellow card. After a rather tough play, Haridades F.C's Ronaldinho Xavier got a free kick in the 92nd minute. Bebeto Cardoso came out of the goal in the 93rd minute to try and stop a shot by Jurassic Monsters SA's Anderson Carioca. But to his dismay, Anderson Carioca quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 3-2. When the referee ended the match the Jurassic Monsters SA players were able to celebrate. They had won a fair victory and recieved the ovations of their fans.
