The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. Gerardo Lando received a nice pass, split the defenders, and ran untouched towards the goal. Conny Mattsson came out and tried to block the shot, but Gerardo Lando slotted it home off the left post making it 1-0 in the 3rd minute. The audience thought a goal was coming when Tomas Felipo got free with Conny Mattsson in the 6th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Conny Mattsson was in the perfect position, and the defense had done a good job marking him, but Evelio Quintyn showcased his skills and made a perfect shot to score 2-0 in the 7 minute of play. Kristian Björnsson's late challenge caught a Halcones Azules's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Kristian Björnsson helped the player get up and apologised. Kristian Björnsson kicked well hit freekick during the 10th minute of the match. Conny Mattsson made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Fausto Salvino in the 11th minute of play. Conny Mattsson showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Gerardo Lando in the 14th minute of the match. Ove Alströmmer might have been able to make a better finish in the 16th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Karl-Oskar Odén. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Ove Alströmmer ran back to his position shaking his head. An unexpectedly hard shot by Evelio Quintyn in the 22nd minute of play forced Myggenäs IFK's goalkeeper Conny Mattsson to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Conny Mattsson took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Arnulfo Rufo, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Halcones Azules's Karl-Oskar Odén played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Stellan Nyman in the 24th minute of play. Evelio Quintyn took the ball and in the 26 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Conny Mattsson. Conny Mattsson dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 4-0. Conny Mattsson took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Gerardo Lando, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. The audience thought a goal was coming when Evelio Quintyn got free with Conny Mattsson in the 33rd minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. The crowd rose to their feet as Halcones Azules's Evelio Quintyn slotted home a wonderful shot that went in to the left of Conny Mattsson. That made the score 5-0 after 34 minutes of play. After 39 minutes of play, Halcones Azules's Fausto Salvino made it 6-0 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Conny Mattsson was left in no man's land by his defense there! The home fans were very happy to see their team leading 7-0 at half-time.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Ove Alströmmer to strike the kick off in the second half. In the 53rd minute Evelio Quintyn shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Conny Mattsson saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 56th minute, Fausto Salvino made a precise shot to the right of Conny Mattsson. Myggenäs IFK's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 8-0. After some fancy dribbling in the 60th minute, Fausto Salvino managed to get in a good position for a shot. Halcones Azules's supporters rose to their feet, but Fausto Salvino was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Conny Mattsson breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Conny Mattsson made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Evelio Quintyn in the 62nd minute of play. Stellan Nyman struck a weak shot in the 63rd minute. Karl-Oskar Odén didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Myggenäs IFK. In the 65th match minute, Myggenäs IFK was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Ove Alströmmer to maneuver through the defense. Conny Mattsson made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Emiliano Peli in the 67th minute of play. 72 minutes into the game, Magne Wickander was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Myggenäs IFK's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Halcones Azules the free kick. In the 72nd minute, Magne Wickander hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Halcones Azules made a substitution. Maximo Natal replaced Fausto Salvino. The supporters of Halcones Azules booed when Myggenäs IFK was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 74 match minutes in a wonderful position. Magne Wickander didn't get a good kick on the ball. 75 minutes into the match, Evelio Quintyn had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Conny Mattsson. Myggenäs IFK's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Evelio Quintyn was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 9-0. An unexpectedly hard shot by Arnulfo Rufo in the 78th minute of play forced Myggenäs IFK's goalkeeper Conny Mattsson to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Conny Mattsson showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Evelio Quintyn in the 79th minute of the match. If Stellan Nyman had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 81st minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. An unexpectedly hard shot by Evelio Quintyn in the 84th minute of play forced Myggenäs IFK's goalkeeper Conny Mattsson to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After 88 minutes of play, Halcones Azules's Maximo Natal made it 10-0 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Conny Mattsson was left in no man's land by his defense there! In the 94th play minute Ove Alströmmer came free and shot an unsuspected shot which went into goal from the right pole behind a surprised Karl-Oskar Odén. 10-1. There were very few away supporters still in the ground by the end of the match. Most of them had left early, disgusted by the way their team had been torn apart. Halcones Azules fully deserved thier win.
