The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Thorleif Gabo helped the player get up and apologised. In the 7th minute, Luiz Cerezo left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The G.E. Juventus FSCMZ fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 1-0. In the 9th minute Luiz Cerezo shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Jannich Brolyng saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 10 minutes into the game, Gerhardt Borgqvist cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 1-1. Sandro Macedo was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Jannich Brolyng had in the 15thth minute some difficulties stopping Jeremias Valadares's well aimed penalty as it nearly passed him on his left side, but he still managed to hold the ball. 15 minutes into the match, Jeremias Valadares notched a goal, 2-1, to the right of Saco FC's Jannich Brolyng. Jannich Brolyng was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Saco FC's defense didn't have a chance, in the 19th minute, when Jeremias Valadares scored to the left of an out of position Jannich Brolyng, making the score, 3-1. When the match clock showed 24 minutes, the score became 4-1 when Ulisses Melo sped through Saco FC's defense and sent away a curving shot that went into the net to the right of Jannich Brolyng. 28 minutes into the match, Saco FC's goal looked a bit too open when Luciano Salgado came free, but Jannich Brolyng reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 36th match minute, G.E. Juventus FSCMZ was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by José Paulo Pitta to maneuver through the defense. After 37 played minutes, Saco FC's Gunther Kullmann shot from a long distance, and at first it looked like the ball was going into the goal, but the goalkeeper Sandro Macedo came through and got his fingers on the ball before it flew over the goal line. He then quickly gripped the ball tighter before the forwards in Saco FC reached it. Arthur de Toledo charged in rather forcefully in the 47th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Arthur de Toledo the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. All the noise was coming from the home fans when the whistle went for half-time. The home team had fought hardest to put themselves in a deserved lead.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Luciano Salgado was the one to do the kick off. Jannich Brolyng showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Jeremias Valadares in the 53rd minute of the match. Sivart Ernskov hit a great freekick 63 minutes into the match. Jannich Brolyng made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Ulisses Melo in the 65th minute of play. In the 66th minute, Frederick Burnell hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. After 67 played minutes, G.E. Juventus FSCMZ's Jeremias Valadares shot from a long distance, and at first it looked like the ball was going into the goal, but the goalkeeper Jannich Brolyng came through and got his fingers on the ball before it flew over the goal line. He then quickly gripped the ball tighter before the forwards in G.E. Juventus FSCMZ reached it. Jannich Brolyng showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Ulisses Melo, who was totally free with the ball in the 71st minute. After a rather tough play, Saco FC's Frederick Burnell got a free kick in the 74th minute. 79 minutes into the match, G.E. Juventus FSCMZ's goalkeeper Sandro Macedo had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Nikolai Ruthand. 79 minutes in the game, Nikolai Ruthand dribbled his way through the penalty area and after maneuvering past an opponent, drilled a quick shot at the goal. The ball looked like it was going in, but it was hit a bit too hard and flew over the goal. With a little luck, G.E. Juventus FSCMZ's Sandro Macedo got control of the ball when Nikolai Ruthand tried to sneak it across the goal line. Saco FC's Jannich Brolyng played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Luiz Cerezo in the 86th minute of play. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Nikolai Ruthand in the 87th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Sandro Macedo prevented the ball from getting in the gole. In the 90th minute, Luciano Salgado got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. An unexpectedly hard shot by Luciano Salgado in the 94th minute of play forced Saco FC's goalkeeper Jannich Brolyng to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. G.E. Juventus FSCMZ's supporters were delighted with their team's performance and swarmed onto the pitch at the end of the match to celebrate the victory with the players.
