Doppa Fc's Fabio Basajaun played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Andrea Pavel in the 3rd minute of play. Fabio Basajaun made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Oinomoas Iliopoulos in the 4th minute of play. In the 5th minute, Reynaldo Pinto made a precise shot to the right of Fabio Basajaun. Doppa Fc's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 0-1. Eliodor Purcaru was astounded when the referee showed him the red card after a seemingly innocent challenge, 9 minutes into the match. Eliodor Purcaru hit a great freekick 9 minutes into the match. Ivan Nanu acted impressively in front of the goal and made a superb save when he, in the 10th minute, took the ball on the long shot from Carlos Belo. Angelo Neron charged in rather forcefully in the 16th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Angelo Neron the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. In the 16th match minute, Doppa Fc was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Angelo Neron to maneuver through the defense. When Ghostbusters CF's Andrea Pavel in the 17th minute got a chance for a shot 17th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Doppa Fc's goalie prevented a goal. Doppa Fc's Fabio Basajaun played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Oinomoas Iliopoulos in the 18th minute of play. Oinomoas Iliopoulos recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 19th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Andrea Pavel in the 21st minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Fabio Basajaun prevented the ball from getting in the gole. 22 minutes into the game, Oinomoas Iliopoulos cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 0-3. Fabio Basajaun was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. In the 32nd minute, Oinomoas Iliopoulos hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Ivan Nanu showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Jeronimo Estevon in the 33rd minute of the match. Doppa Fc's Fabio Basajaun played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Oinomoas Iliopoulos in the 41st minute of play. Lucrețiu Surdu took the ball and in the 42 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Fabio Basajaun. Fabio Basajaun dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 0-5. Oinomoas Iliopoulos struck a weak shot in the 46th minute. Fabio Basajaun didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Ghostbusters CF. The crowd was extremely unhappy with the home team's performance in the first half. They were losing 0-5.
The wind increased when Jeronimo Estevon made the kick off in the second half. 51 minutes into the game, Carmelo Kismi was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Doppa Fc's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Ghostbusters CF the free kick. In the 51st minute, Carmelo Kismi hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. When Ghostbusters CF's Lucrețiu Surdu in the 52nd minute got a chance for a shot 52nd didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Doppa Fc's goalie prevented a goal. The Ghostbusters CF fans' excitement grew in the 52nd match minute when Ghostbusters CF's Lucrețiu Surdu looked to have a clear shot with the ball near the goal. The shot wasn't hard, but the ball still rolled over the goal line to make it 0-6 before the goalkeeper had a chance to intervene. An unexpectedly hard shot by Andrea Pavel in the 55th minute of play forced Doppa Fc's goalkeeper Fabio Basajaun to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Sorin Răuţă fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 57th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Fabio Basajaun having to interfere. Fabio Basajaun was a little too slow when Oinomoas Iliopoulos got a fine hit on the ball which went right into the goal in the 60th minute. The score was now 0-7. The audience thought a goal was coming when Oinomoas Iliopoulos got free with Fabio Basajaun in the 69th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. After a rather tough play, Doppa Fc's Sixto Astrada got a free kick in the 69th minute. 74 minutes into the match, Doppa Fc's goal looked a bit too open when Andrea Pavel came free, but Fabio Basajaun reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. 76 minutes in the game, Andrea Pavel fired away an excellent shot, which passed to the side of the right post without Fabio Basajaun having to interfere. The crowd rose to their feet as Andrea Pavel kicked a wonderful shot that went in to the left of a diving Fabio Basajaun. That made the score 0-8 in the 78 minute of play. After a defensive mix-up in Doppa Fc's zone, Lucrețiu Surdu stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Fabio Basajaun came out of the goal and Lucrețiu Surdu tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. If Andrea Pavel had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 86th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. 92 minutes into the match, Ghostbusters CF's Oinomoas Iliopoulos sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Fabio Basajaun narrowly saved just below the crossbar. When the match had gone on for 94 minutes, Ştefan Cândreanu took a quick shot and it went in 0-9 without a chance for Fabio Basajaun to make any attempt to save it. The Doppa Fc fans had already started to leave before the final whistle blew. Ghostbusters CF were clearly better and deserved to take the win.
