After a rather tough play, Bacardi FC's Viktor Goffyn got a free kick in the 12th minute. 14 minutes into the game, Gerson Carvalho was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. S.C.CHUÍ's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Bacardi FC the free kick. After a rather tough play, S.C.CHUÍ's Gerson Carvalho got a free kick in the 14th minute. Elói Silva hit a great freekick 17 minutes into the match. After 18 played minutes, Bacardi FC's Roy Voet shot from a long distance, and at first it looked like the ball was going into the goal, but the goalkeeper Arí de Lara came through and got his fingers on the ball before it flew over the goal line. He then quickly gripped the ball tighter before the forwards in Bacardi FC reached it. In the 19th match minute, S.C.CHUÍ was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by João Adolfo Marquez to maneuver through the defense. After 20 played minutes, Bacardi FC's Roy Voet shot from a long distance, and at first it looked like the ball was going into the goal, but the goalkeeper Arí de Lara came through and got his fingers on the ball before it flew over the goal line. He then quickly gripped the ball tighter before the forwards in Bacardi FC reached it. Arí de Lara took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Michiel Montens, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 27th minute, Umberto Bertassi hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Arí de Lara took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Maurice Vissenakens, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. After a defensive mix-up in S.C.CHUÍ's zone, Michiel Montens stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Arí de Lara came out of the goal and Michiel Montens tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Leo Dauwen made an important save on a dangerous shot by Fábio Sabóia in the 37th minute. 43 minutes into the match, S.C.CHUÍ's goal looked a bit too open when Steven De Kelper came free, but Arí de Lara reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After 45 played minutes S.C.CHUÍ got a freekick which was hit by Gerson Carvalho. Maurice Vissenakens fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 47th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Arí de Lara having to interfere. The score stood at 0-0 when the half time whistle went. Both sets of players seemed reasonably pleased with how the match was going.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Michiel Montens to make the kick off. An unexpectedly hard shot by Jonas Decorte in the 51st minute of play forced S.C.CHUÍ's goalkeeper Arí de Lara to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Arí de Lara made a fantastic save in the 52nd minute, when Maurice Vissenakens sent off a good shot on target. In the 54th minute Bacardi FC were awarded a corner. Roy Voet went to the cornerflag to take it. The corner led to Bacardi FC's Viktor Goffyn getting away a dangerous shot that went just outside the goal. A collision led to S.C.CHUÍ getting a freekick after 56 minutes play. Gerson Carvalho hit a great ball. S.C.CHUÍ's Arí de Lara proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 60th minute of the match, managed to save S.C.CHUÍ from getting a goal against them. Maurice Vissenakens came free with the goalkeeper in the 62nd minute of the match, and shot straight on target. The shot was a little too simple and Arí de Lara could save by the left post. Michiel Montens had several of the S.C.CHUÍ's defenders around him in the penalty area when he, after 62 minutes of play, received a pass and succeeded in some way to shoot a shot which went straight ahead into goal. This resulted in a 0-1 score and a disappointed Arí de Lara as he didn't even see the shot coming. With a little luck, S.C.CHUÍ's Arí de Lara got control of the ball when Diederik Vergouwen tried to sneak it across the goal line. Arí de Lara came out of the goal in the 71st minute to try and stop a shot by Bacardi FC's Maurice Vissenakens. But to his dismay, Maurice Vissenakens quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-2. In the 74th minute, Diederik Vergouwen ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Arí de Lara was frozen by the shot and now it was 0-3. Maurice Vissenakens kicked well hit freekick during the 77th minute of the match. After having played for 93 minutes, Diederik Vergouwen managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Bacardi FC's supporters crossed their fingers, but Diederik Vergouwen was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. In the 94thth minute of the game Gerson Carvalho who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Bacardi FC's Leo Dauwen was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. When the match was over Bacardi FC could go home with a victory in their luggage, having controlled the game far better than S.C.CHUÍ throughout the match.
