After some fancy dribbling in the 27th minute, Rodrigo Mora managed to get in a good position for a shot. Alexandrie CF's supporters rose to their feet, but Rodrigo Mora was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Ismael Breogan breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. The supporters of Alexandrie CF booed when La Acade was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 30 match minutes in a wonderful position. Ricardo Ferrer didn't get a good kick on the ball. A collision led to Alexandrie CF getting a freekick after 41 minutes play. Rodrigue Le Louarn hit a great ball. Ívan James kicked well hit freekick during the 46th minute of the match. In the 47th match minute, Alexandrie CF was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Pierrick Moulard to maneuver through the defense. Vasco Sousa made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Esteve Toro in the 48th minute of play. After fighting hard for a draw in the first half, the players were able to take a much needed rest.

After 52 played minutes Alexandrie CF got a freekick which was hit by Ívan James. If Gabriel Mendy had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 56th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Alexandrie CF's Vasco Sousa played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Omar Gutierrez in the 61st minute of play. After 64 played minutes, Alexandrie CF's Merlin Beaudoux shot from a long distance, and at first it looked like the ball was going into the goal, but the goalkeeper Ismael Breogan came through and got his fingers on the ball before it flew over the goal line. He then quickly gripped the ball tighter before the forwards in Alexandrie CF reached it. Herminio Paulin sent away a hard shot on goal in the 68th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. After a rather tough play, La Acade's Melchor Lizardi got a free kick in the 77th minute. In the 82nd minute Melchor Lizardi shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Vasco Sousa saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 84 minutes into the game, Melchor Lizardi was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. La Acade's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Alexandrie CF the free kick. Alexandrie CF's Rodrigo Mora got a good chance for a goal in the 85th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. In the 92nd minute, Alexandrie CF's Ívan James dribbled the ball into the box and hit a shot with the outside of his foot, sending the keeper the wrong way. 0-1. Nestor Socorro hit a great freekick 96 minutes into the match. Alexandrie CF played a much better game than La Acade and deserved their victory. The La Acade players were clearly disappointed as they left the ground.
