Eliseu Cordeiro was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Décio de Sena charged in rather forcefully in the 11th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Décio de Sena the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. In the 12th minute, Décio de Sena hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. 13 minutes into the game, Rafinha Amaral was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. ViraLataCaramelo U18's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Elite™- FC Galácticos the free kick. Rafinha Amaral hit a great freekick 13 minutes into the match. José Paulo de Mendonça took the ball and in the 15 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Eliseu Cordeiro. Eliseu Cordeiro dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 2-0. After 17 played minutes Elite™- FC Galácticos got a freekick which was hit by José Paulo de Mendonça. Murilo Lopez received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 18th minute. Eric Donnarumma tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Eliseu Cordeiro was out of position in the 25 minute of play, and Raphael de Brito capitalized on the mistake with a soft shot into the goal. Raphael de Brito really showed his touch with that goal: 3-0. In the 29th minute José Paulo de Mendonça shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Eliseu Cordeiro saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 30th minute, Frank Fantini ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Eliseu Cordeiro was frozen by the shot and now it was 4-0. In the 36th minute Cristóvão Maciel shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Eliseu Cordeiro saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. When Ulisses Cavalcante came up free with the goalie in the 38th minute, the Elite™- FC Galácticos fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Ulisses Cavalcante couldn't finish the play. José Paulo de Mendonça's late challenge caught a ViraLataCaramelo U18's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. José Paulo de Mendonça helped the player get up and apologised. Natanael Moreno, 43 minutes into the match, dribbled the ball up the side of the field and decided to take a long shot at the goal. Unfortunately, the ball was poorly hit and landed closer to the corner than to the goal. With a little luck, ViraLataCaramelo U18's Eliseu Cordeiro got control of the ball when Raphael de Brito tried to sneak it across the goal line. Af the end of the first half the score was 4-0. The first half had gone as expected for the home team.
The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Murilo Lopez to strike the kick off in the second half. Eliseu Cordeiro showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Cristóvão Maciel in the 50th minute of the match. Raphael de Brito took the ball and in the 54 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Eliseu Cordeiro. Eliseu Cordeiro dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 5-0. Eliseu Cordeiro showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Cristóvão Maciel, who was totally free with the ball in the 61st minute. In the 62nd minute, José Paulo de Mendonça hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Eric Donnarumma stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Murilo Lopez's shot from short distance in the 64th minute. ViraLataCaramelo U18's Eliseu Cordeiro played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Ulisses Cavalcante in the 66th minute of play. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Cristóvão Maciel in the 71st managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Eliseu Cordeiro saved ViraLataCaramelo U18 from getting behind. When Cristóvão Maciel came up free with the goalie in the 74th minute, the Elite™- FC Galácticos fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Cristóvão Maciel couldn't finish the play. Eliseu Cordeiro showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Ulisses Cavalcante in the 76th minute of the match. José Paulo de Mendonça fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 77th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Eliseu Cordeiro having to interfere. A collision led to Elite™- FC Galácticos getting a freekick after 79 minutes play. Décio de Sena hit a great ball. An unexpectedly hard shot by Raphael de Brito in the 82nd minute of play forced ViraLataCaramelo U18's goalkeeper Eliseu Cordeiro to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Elite™- FC Galácticos's Eric Donnarumma proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 90th minute of the match, managed to save Elite™- FC Galácticos from getting a goal against them.
