But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Karl-Magnus Dalström couldn't finish the play. Malte Danielsson could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 24th minute of the match, but Stefan Arenius made a huge save. In the 27th match minute, Zero Hedge was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Isak Örtendal to maneuver through the defense. The supporters of Björnlunda IF booed when Zero Hedge was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 29 match minutes in a wonderful position. Alexander Johansson didn't get a good kick on the ball. The crowd rose to their feet as Björnlunda IF's Sven-Edvin Blixt slotted home a wonderful shot that went in to the left of Stefan Arenius. That made the score 1-0 after 32 minutes of play. With a little luck, Zero Hedge's Stefan Arenius got control of the ball when Malte Danielsson tried to sneak it across the goal line. In the 35th minute, Bo-Erik Billberg hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Peter Ivarsson made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Karl-Magnus Dalström in the 38th minute of play. After some fancy dribbling in the 41st minute, Karl-Magnus Dalström managed to get in a good position for a shot. Zero Hedge's supporters rose to their feet, but Karl-Magnus Dalström was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Peter Ivarsson breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. 48 minutes into the game, Sven-Edvin Blixt recieved a splendid long ball, split the defenders, and gently placed the ball to the left of Stefan Arenius. Sven-Edvin Blixt showed that you don't have to tear a hole in the net to score, 2-0. All the noise was coming from the home fans when the whistle went for half-time. The home team had fought hardest to put themselves in a deserved lead.

The wind increased when Karl-Magnus Dalström made the kick off in the second half. In the 54th minute Sven-Edvin Blixt shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Stefan Arenius saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After 60 minutes of play, Björnlunda IF's Malte Danielsson made it 3-0 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Stefan Arenius was left in no man's land by his defense there! Stefan Arenius showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Sven-Edvin Blixt in the 69th minute of the match. An unexpectedly hard shot by Åke Jansson in the 73rd minute of play forced Björnlunda IF's goalkeeper Peter Ivarsson to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Björnlunda IF's Peter Ivarsson proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 74th minute of the match, managed to save Björnlunda IF from getting a goal against them. A collision led to Björnlunda IF getting a freekick after 76 minutes play. Jens-Erik Hård hit a great ball. In the 79th minute Åke Jansson shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Peter Ivarsson saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. The crowd rose to their feet as Bertil Berg kicked a wonderful shot that went in to the left of a diving Peter Ivarsson. That made the score 3-1 in the 80 minute of play. 86 minutes into the match, Zero Hedge's goal looked a bit too open when Malte Danielsson came free, but Stefan Arenius reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. The audience thought a goal was coming when Åke Jansson got free with Peter Ivarsson in the 89th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort.
