The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. Guilherme Vianna might have been able to make a better finish in the 3rd minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Rickard Wållander. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Guilherme Vianna's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Rickard Wållander read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 3rd minute of play. In the 5th minute, Wágner Monteiro left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Clube Audax Metropolitano fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 0-1. After 12 played minutes Mysarnas BK got a freekick which was hit by Henning Thidén. 13 minutes into the match, Mysarnas BK's goal looked a bit too open when Wágner Monteiro came free, but Rickard Wållander reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. 15 minutes into the match, Artur Reis had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Rickard Wållander. Mysarnas BK's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Artur Reis was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 0-3. In the 18th minute Artur Reis shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Rickard Wållander saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 23 minutes into the match, Mysarnas BK's goal looked a bit too open when Wágner Monteiro came free, but Rickard Wållander reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After a defensive mix-up in Mysarnas BK's zone, Guilherme Vianna stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Rickard Wållander came out of the goal and Guilherme Vianna tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Rickard Wållander came out of the goal in the 27th minute to try and stop a shot by Clube Audax Metropolitano's Wágner Monteiro. But to his dismay, Wágner Monteiro quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-6. Wágner Monteiro scored 0-7 in the 31st match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Rickard Wållander, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Clube Audax Metropolitano made a substitution. Naldo Esteves replaced Benê Veiga. Rickard Wållander made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Lucas-Ignacio Torres in the 37th minute of play. Wágner Monteiro blasted a shot towards the goal in the 38th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Rickard Wållander having to make a save. An unexpectedly hard shot by Wágner Monteiro in the 38th minute of play forced Mysarnas BK's goalkeeper Rickard Wållander to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Wágner Monteiro struck a weak shot in the 40th minute. Rickard Wållander didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Clube Audax Metropolitano. Rickard Wållander didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Wágner Monteiro went, in the 43rd minute, to the upper right corner, 0-8 was the resulting score. In the 48th minute, Guilherme Vianna ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Rickard Wållander was frozen by the shot and now it was 0-9.

In the 56th minute the ball was on its way in behind Mysarnas BK's goalkeeper Rickard Wållander, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Artur Reis could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 60th minute of the match, but Rickard Wållander made a huge save. Rickard Wållander made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Wágner Monteiro in the 65th minute of play. 68 minutes into the game, Wágner Monteiro cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 0-11. Rickard Wållander was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. After having played for 73 minutes, Wágner Monteiro managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Clube Audax Metropolitano's supporters crossed their fingers, but Wágner Monteiro was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. When the match clock showed 75 minutes, the score became 0-12 when Artur Reis sped through Mysarnas BK's defense and sent away a curving shot that went into the net to the right of Rickard Wållander. Rickard Wållander made an important save on a dangerous shot by Lucas-Ignacio Torres in the 81st minute. Wágner Monteiro struck a weak shot in the 84th minute. Rickard Wållander didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Clube Audax Metropolitano. When the match had gone on for 88 minutes, Wágner Monteiro took a quick shot and it went in 0-13 without a chance for Rickard Wållander to make any attempt to save it. 90 minutes into the game, Clube Audax Metropolitano's Artur Reis nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Rickard Wållander made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 0-14. 92 minutes into the match, Mysarnas BK's goalkeeper Rickard Wållander had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Artur Reis. The throw-in from Henning Thidén in the 93rd minute of the game was unfortunally taken care of by Clube Audax Metropolitano's Roberto-Carlos Lendaa. After a defensive mix-up in Mysarnas BK's zone, Artur Reis stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Rickard Wållander came out of the goal and Artur Reis tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. The Mysarnas BK fans had already started to leave before the final whistle blew. Clube Audax Metropolitano were clearly better and deserved to take the win.
