The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. After a defensive mix-up in Timo!'s zone, Flavio Miranda stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Teodosio Nicholas came out of the goal and Flavio Miranda tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Ciro Buonanno received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 9th minute. Teodosio Nicholas tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Fortunato Brandolini kicked well hit freekick during the 12th minute of the match. A collision led to Dexter Morgan VR46 getting a freekick after 17 minutes play. Alvaro Borel hit a great ball. Teodosio Nicholas made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Ciro Buonanno in the 20th minute of play. After a rather tough play, Timo!'s Arsenio Esquipula got a free kick in the 22nd minute. In the 28th minute Lucio Franco shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Beppe Pozzo saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 29th match minute, Dexter Morgan VR46 was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Flavio Miranda to maneuver through the defense. With a little luck, Timo!'s Teodosio Nicholas got control of the ball when Pete Mitchell tried to sneak it across the goal line. An unexpectedly hard shot by Cipriano Stanislao in the 41st minute of play forced Dexter Morgan VR46's goalkeeper Beppe Pozzo to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. 43 minutes into the game, Pastor Marko cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 0-1. Beppe Pozzo was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. 47 minutes into the match, Cipriano Stanislao notched a goal, 0-2, to the right of Dexter Morgan VR46's Beppe Pozzo. Beppe Pozzo was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Luck had favoured the away team in the first, and they walked off with a 0-2 lead.

Lucio Franco sent away a hard shot on goal in the 53rd minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. A collision led to Timo! getting a freekick after 58 minutes play. Pastor Marko hit a great ball. 60 minutes into the game, Cristo Piarres threw the ball into play from the sideline. Dexter Morgan VR46's Flavio Miranda quickly snatched the ball and retained possesion. If Flavio Miranda had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 66th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. The supporters of Timo! booed when Dexter Morgan VR46 was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 79 match minutes in a wonderful position. Enrico Gargano didn't get a good kick on the ball. Flavio Miranda hit a great freekick 81 minutes into the match. Concetto Domina's late challenge caught a Timo!'s player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Concetto Domina helped the player get up and apologised. In the 83rd minute, Concetto Domina hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Dexter Morgan VR46's Beppe Pozzo proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 86th minute of the match, managed to save Dexter Morgan VR46 from getting a goal against them. 87 minutes into the match, Dexter Morgan VR46's goal looked a bit too open when Arsenio Esquipula came free, but Beppe Pozzo reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. The audience thought a goal was coming when Lucio Franco got free with Beppe Pozzo in the 94th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort.
