Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Avram Panaiteanu in the 3rd minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Eder Olaso prevented the ball from getting in the gole. 5 minutes into the game, Emilian Isopescu cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 1-0. Eder Olaso was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Eder Olaso took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Eusebiu Boroș, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. 11 minutes into the match, Carpathian Wolves's goal looked a bit too open when Balendín Pazols came free, but Nicodim Arghirescu reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Eusebiu Boroș fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 12th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Eder Olaso having to interfere. After a rather tough play, Club Deportivo Diagüita's Remigio Castro got a free kick in the 13th minute. In the last second Eder Olaso throw himself and got hold of the ball when Avram Panaiteanu in the 14thth minute from his position got away a shot towards the right post. After a defensive mix-up in Club Deportivo Diagüita's zone, Eusebiu Boroș stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Eder Olaso came out of the goal and Eusebiu Boroș tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Eder Olaso showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Avram Panaiteanu in the 17th minute of the match. The supporters of Club Deportivo Diagüita booed when Carpathian Wolves was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 19 match minutes in a wonderful position. Codrin Aalexoaiei didn't get a good kick on the ball. After 22 played minutes Club Deportivo Diagüita got a freekick which was hit by Tiro Dentrup. 23 minutes into the match, Club Deportivo Diagüita's goal looked a bit too open when Avram Panaiteanu came free, but Eder Olaso reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 25th minute Avram Panaiteanu shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Eder Olaso saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Emilian Isopescu kicked well hit freekick during the 27th minute of the match. 33 minutes into the match, Club Deportivo Diagüita's goalkeeper Eder Olaso had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Avram Panaiteanu. Niculae Arbore could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 36th minute of the match, but Eder Olaso made a huge save. Club Deportivo Diagüita's Eder Olaso proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 37th minute of the match, managed to save Club Deportivo Diagüita from getting a goal against them. Tiro Dentrup hit a great freekick 37 minutes into the match. Eder Olaso made an important save on a dangerous shot by Eusebiu Boroș in the 45th minute. When the referee blew for the end of the half the home team players were clearly happier, as they went in to the break leading 3-0.
The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Balendín Pazols was the one to do the kick off. Radu Lupșoiu kicked well hit freekick during the 52nd minute of the match. Carpathian Wolves's Emilian Isopescu got a good chance for a goal in the 55th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Balendín Pazols sent away a hard shot on goal in the 58th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Club Deportivo Diagüita's Eder Olaso played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Niculae Arbore in the 61st minute of play. Eder Olaso showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Avram Panaiteanu, who was totally free with the ball in the 63rd minute. When the match had gone on for 64 minutes, Jeraldo Izammit took a quick shot and it went in 3-1 without a chance for Nicodim Arghirescu to make any attempt to save it. After 66 played minutes Club Deportivo Diagüita got a freekick which was hit by Jose Maria Piña. The audience was convinced that Avram Panaiteanu's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Eder Olaso was relentless in the 68th minute of the game. Emilian Isopescu sent away a hard shot on goal in the 75th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Carpathian Wolves's Nicodim Arghirescu proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 77th minute of the match, managed to save Carpathian Wolves from getting a goal against them. Nicodim Arghirescu made a fantastic save in the 79th minute, when Balendín Pazols sent off a good shot on target. An unexpectedly hard shot by Jeraldo Izammit in the 81st minute of play forced Carpathian Wolves's goalkeeper Nicodim Arghirescu to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Niculae Arbore sent away a hard shot on goal in the 89th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. 93 minutes into the game, Jeraldo Izammit recieved a splendid long ball, split the defenders, and gently placed the ball to the left of Nicodim Arghirescu. Jeraldo Izammit showed that you don't have to tear a hole in the net to score, 4-2. Carpathian Wolves were really happy, having secured the victory after a very even contest. They thanked the players of Club Deportivo Diagüita for a fine match.
