Spectators: 7492 (Terracing: 5620, Seating: 1723, VIP seats: 149) It was fairly windy and cold on the field when Simon Osasun kicked off to start the match. In the 5th minute the ball was on its way in behind Papillon AC's goalkeeper Keylor Navas, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Severino Niva could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 11th minute of the match, but Constantino Mel made a huge save. Constantino Mel was a little too slow when Simon Osasun got a fine hit on the ball which went right into the goal in the 15th minute. The score was now 1-0. With a little luck, Scofield's Constantino Mel got control of the ball when Severino Niva tried to sneak it across the goal line. 20 minutes into the match, Papillon AC's goal looked a bit too open when Timoteo Rufo came free, but Keylor Navas reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After 22 played minutes Scofield got a freekick which was hit by Ubaldo Orti. Erland Möllgren hit a great freekick 27 minutes into the match. 29 minutes into the game, Emilio Etxatxu was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Scofield's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Papillon AC the free kick. In the 30th minute, Emilio Etxatxu hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. In the 31st minute, Timoteo Rufo ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Keylor Navas was frozen by the shot and now it was 1-1. 34 minutes into the match, Scofield's goal looked a bit too open when Milton Friedman came free, but Constantino Mel reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Constantino Mel took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Erland Möllgren, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Timoteo Rufo to make the kick off. In the 52nd minute, Severino Niva hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. 59 minutes into the match, Timoteo Rufo had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Keylor Navas. Papillon AC's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Timoteo Rufo was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 1-2. Papillon AC's Keylor Navas played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Samuel Isaio in the 64th minute of play. In the 65th match minute, Papillon AC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Milton Friedman to maneuver through the defense. Scofield made a substitution. Teofilo Beliran replaced Emilio Etxatxu. After a rather tough play, Papillon AC's Milton Friedman got a free kick in the 66th minute. Scofield's Domingos Donio shoveled away a really nice long shot in the 67th minute of play. The shot was stopped by Keylor Navas but with some difficulty. In the 76th minute Milton Friedman shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Constantino Mel saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. A collision led to Scofield getting a freekick after 81 minutes play. Ubaldo Orti hit a great ball. Constantino Mel showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Severino Niva in the 82nd minute of the match. Samuel Isaio struck a weak shot in the 86th minute. Keylor Navas didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Scofield. Keylor Navas took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Samuel Isaio, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Milton Friedman's late challenge caught a Scofield's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Milton Friedman helped the player get up and apologised. The supporters of Scofield booed when Papillon AC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 89 match minutes in a wonderful position. Milton Friedman didn't get a good kick on the ball. Teofilo Beliran succeeded in the game's 90th minute to shoot an unreachable shot under the crossbar and scored - 1-3. In the 94th minute Milton Friedman shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Constantino Mel saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Scofield's supporters were very happy and cheered loudly because their team had won after a very close match.
