Spectators: 7477 (Terracing: 5609, Seating: 1719, VIP seats: 149) The sun was shining, the grass was green and the audience cheered when Simon Osasun got the match started through his kick off. In the 3rd minute, Ceferino Dimo left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Despidida AFC fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 0-1. After 13 minutes of play, Despidida AFC's Ezequiel Lore made it 0-2 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Keylor Navas was left in no man's land by his defense there! An unexpectedly hard shot by Ezequiel Lore in the 17th minute of play forced Papillon AC's goalkeeper Keylor Navas to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. When the match had gone on for 17 minutes, Ceferino Dimo put it in 0-3 from a short distance just to the right of Keylor Navas. Arnoldo Iyan charged in rather forcefully in the 21st minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Arnoldo Iyan the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. Arnoldo Iyan hit a great freekick 21 minutes into the match. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Oscar Urki in the 22nd minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Roberto Herensuge prevented the ball from getting in the gole. The crowd rose to their feet as Simon Osasun kicked a wonderful shot that went in to the left of a diving Roberto Herensuge. That made the score 1-3 in the 26 minute of play. A collision led to Papillon AC getting a freekick after 30 minutes play. Octavio Dodorol hit a great ball. Cirilo Peruanton took a chance and fired a shot far from the goal in the 30th minute, but it turned out to be a dangerous situation for Keylor Navas. Papillon AC's goalkeeper really had to stretch himself to stop the ball from crossing the goal line. Roberto Herensuge didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Simon Osasun went, in the 35th minute, to the upper right corner, 2-3 was the resulting score. In the 42nd minute Ceferino Dimo shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Keylor Navas saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Even after changing tactics the home team jogged off the field with a 2-3 deficit. They would have to work harder if they wanted to turn things around in the second half.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Ceferino Dimo to strike the kick off in the second half. After some fancy dribbling in the 51st minute, Erland Möllgren managed to get in a good position for a shot. Papillon AC's supporters rose to their feet, but Erland Möllgren was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Roberto Herensuge breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. After a rather tough play, Papillon AC's Oscar Urki got a free kick in the 54th minute. 57 minutes into the match, Papillon AC's goal looked a bit too open when Ceferino Dimo came free, but Keylor Navas reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 58th minute, Severino Niva left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Papillon AC fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 3-3. Keylor Navas was a little too slow when Ezequiel Lore got a fine hit on the ball which went right into the goal in the 62nd minute. The score was now 3-4. After 67 played minutes Despidida AFC got a freekick which was hit by Cirilo Peruanton. Roberto Herensuge made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Erland Möllgren in the 69th minute of play. After 69th play minutes Simon Osasun shot 4-4, a short shot which went by Roberto Herensuge and just under the crossbar into goal. Geronimo Izotz in the 72ndth minute had a little luck and got a chance for a shot in front of the goal. Without hesitation aimed to the right of Keylor Navas, who managed to lunge to the right direction and made a save. Keylor Navas took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Ceferino Dimo, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. After some fancy dribbling in the 76th minute, Ceferino Dimo managed to get in a good position for a shot. Despidida AFC's supporters rose to their feet, but Ceferino Dimo was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Both teams had looked equal from kick-off, and no-one was surprised when the match finally ended in a draw.
