Omar Jimenez made a fantastic save in the 2nd minute, when Thierry Henri sent off a good shot on target. In the 4th minute the ball was on its way in behind Les diables noirs's goalkeeper Martial Laude, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. After 7 minutes, Mario Vauzelle mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Les diables noirs and the Creekers players grew even worse after the yellow card. In the 7th match minute, Les diables noirs was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Mario Vauzelle to maneuver through the defense. If Gary Gamble had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 8th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Martial Laude didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Gary Gamble went, in the 10th minute, to the upper right corner, 0-1 was the resulting score. Omar Jimenez showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Thierry Henri in the 14th minute of the match. Martial Laude came out of the goal in the 19th minute to try and stop a shot by Creekers's Fred Renteria. But to his dismay, Fred Renteria quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-2. Oscar Lassiter hit a great freekick 21 minutes into the match. The supporters of Creekers booed when Les diables noirs was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 26 match minutes in a wonderful position. Camille Thiéblemont didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 27th minute of the match Dudley Hadley shot from a long distance. The ball could have gone into the goal to the right of the goalkeeper, but Martial Laude showed his good shape when he easily got hold of the ball. In the 29th minute the ball was on its way in behind Les diables noirs's goalkeeper Martial Laude, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Creekers's Omar Jimenez proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 32nd minute of the match, managed to save Creekers from getting a goal against them. Sam Bertholet recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 34th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. 37 minutes into the game, Sam Bertholet was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Les diables noirs's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Creekers the free kick. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Gary Gamble in the 40th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Martial Laude saved Les diables noirs from getting behind. Creekers's defense didn't have a chance, in the 44th minute, when Thierry Henri scored to the left of an out of position Omar Jimenez, making the score, 1-2. When Creekers's Fred Renteria in the 47th minute got a chance for a shot 47th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Les diables noirs's goalie prevented a goal.

In the 54th minute of the match Creekers got a corner. Les diables noirs's goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. Dudley Hadley ran over to the corner to take the kick. Omar Jimenez showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Elias Ripoll in the 59th minute of the match. After a rather tough play, Les diables noirs's Clem Mottier got a free kick in the 59th minute. 67 minutes into the match, Creekers's goal looked a bit too open when Thierry Henri came free, but Omar Jimenez reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Gary Gamble fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 77th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Martial Laude having to interfere. 80 minutes into the match, Creekers's goal looked a bit too open when Thierry Henri came free, but Omar Jimenez reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Martial Laude was a little too slow when Fred Renteria got a fine hit on the ball which went right into the goal in the 88th minute. The score was now 1-3. In the 94th minute, Sam Bertholet made a precise shot to the right of Omar Jimenez. Creekers's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 2-3. Creekers's supporters were very happy and cheered loudly because their team had won after a very close match.
