After a rather tough play, Grabo POGOŃ MKS Szczecin's Czeslaw Dranka got a free kick in the 3rd minute. Grabo POGOŃ MKS Szczecin's Sylwester Prosowski played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Csaba Tisza in the 4th minute of play. With an all-out effort, Grabo POGOŃ MKS Szczecin's Krisztián Veress threw himself towards the right post 7 minutes into the match and grabbed hold of the ball from Zdzislaw Lagiewniki, which otherwise would have been placed in the net. Hungarian Olympic's Krisztián Veress played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Ziemowit Wojtowicz in the 8th minute of play. When Hungarian Olympic's János Dala in the 10th minute got a chance for a shot 10th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Grabo POGOŃ MKS Szczecin's goalie prevented a goal. In the 12th minute Zdzislaw Lagiewniki shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Krisztián Veress saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 13 minutes into the match, Hungarian Olympic's goal looked a bit too open when Sebastian Duda came free, but Krisztián Veress reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Bernard Okropny might have been able to make a better finish in the 15th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Krisztián Veress. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Bernard Okropny ran back to his position shaking his head. Hungarian Olympic's Krisztián Veress proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 15th minute of the match, managed to save Hungarian Olympic from getting a goal against them. 19 minutes into the match, Abundio Patiño notched a goal, 1-0, to the right of Hungarian Olympic's Krisztián Veress. Krisztián Veress was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. In the 27th minute of the match, Pankracy Rywin got a very nice opportunity to score, but Krisztián Veress was well-placed and pushed the ball away from the goal at the left post. 31 minutes into the match, Hungarian Olympic's goalkeeper Krisztián Veress had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Bernard Okropny. The supporters of Grabo POGOŃ MKS Szczecin booed when Hungarian Olympic was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 33 match minutes in a wonderful position. Zoltán Angyal didn't get a good kick on the ball. 38 minutes into the game, Abundio Patiño recieved a splendid long ball, split the defenders, and gently placed the ball to the left of Krisztián Veress. Abundio Patiño showed that you don't have to tear a hole in the net to score, 2-0. Krisztián Veress was out of position in the 42 minute of play, and Bernard Okropny capitalized on the mistake with a soft shot into the goal. Bernard Okropny really showed his touch with that goal: 3-0. 48 minutes into the match, Abundio Patiño notched a goal, 4-0, to the right of Hungarian Olympic's Krisztián Veress. Krisztián Veress was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. The away team players looked dejected as the walked off the pitch at half time. They had fought hard, but were still losing 4-0.
The wind increased when Csaba Tisza made the kick off in the second half. 54 minutes into the match, Grabo POGOŃ MKS Szczecin's goal looked a bit too open when Csaba Joó came free, but Sylwester Prosowski reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 61st minute, Bernard Okropny hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Sylwester Prosowski made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Csaba Tisza in the 62nd minute of play. In the 64th minute Abundio Patiño shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Krisztián Veress saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 67th match minute, Hungarian Olympic was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Csaba Joó to maneuver through the defense. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by János Fazekas during the 69th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. János Fazekas hit a great freekick 69 minutes into the match. 70 minutes into the match, Abundio Patiño notched a goal, 5-0, to the right of Hungarian Olympic's Krisztián Veress. Krisztián Veress was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. György Edelényi charged in rather forcefully in the 74th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed György Edelényi the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. György Edelényi kicked well hit freekick during the 74th minute of the match. Krisztián Veress showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Igor Deput, who was totally free with the ball in the 76th minute. Sylwester Prosowski was in the perfect position, and the defense had done a good job marking him, but János Dala showcased his skills and made a perfect shot to score 5-1 in the 80 minute of play. After 83 played minutes Grabo POGOŃ MKS Szczecin got a freekick which was hit by Duda Chaves. György Edelényi hit a great freekick 86 minutes into the match. In the 87th minute, Abundio Patiño hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Bernard Okropny in the 89th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Krisztián Veress saved Hungarian Olympic from getting behind. Czeslaw Dranka kicked well hit freekick during the 90th minute of the match. In the 93rd minute, Abundio Patiño made a precise shot to the right of Krisztián Veress. Hungarian Olympic's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 6-1. For all the effort they put into the match, the Hungarian Olympic players left disappointed. They had fought hard, but couldn't break down the home team's defense. The match ended in a win for Grabo POGOŃ MKS Szczecin.
