Spectators: 7563 (Terracing: 5673, Seating: 1739, VIP seats: 151) Dark clouds were building up when the players entered the field. None of the them looked very eager to play. Luizão de Brito started the match with the kick off. Creekers's Omar Jimenez played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Luizão de Brito in the 2nd minute of play. Caco Silveira made a fantastic save in the 3rd minute, when Fred Renteria sent off a good shot on target. Caco Silveira made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Fred Renteria in the 9th minute of play. Nando Vinhas kicked well hit freekick during the 10th minute of the match. Omar Jimenez showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Luizão de Brito in the 19th minute of the match. 21 minutes into the match, Creekers's goal looked a bit too open when Zé Paraense came free, but Omar Jimenez reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. When the match had gone on for 21 minutes, Zé Paraense put it in 0-1 from a short distance just to the right of Omar Jimenez. Omar Jimenez made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Luizão de Brito in the 25th minute of play. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Zé Paraense in the 25th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Omar Jimenez saved Creekers from getting behind. Omar Jimenez showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Luizão de Brito, who was totally free with the ball in the 28th minute. Fred Renteria charged in rather forcefully in the 29th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Fred Renteria the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. Omar Jimenez took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Nando Vinhas, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Caco Silveira made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Fred Renteria in the 40th minute of play.

The wind increased when Gary Gamble made the kick off in the second half. 51 minutes into the match, Creekers's goal looked a bit too open when Lucas Figueiredo came free, but Omar Jimenez reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. 55 minutes into the match, Creekers's goal looked a bit too open when Zé Paraense came free, but Omar Jimenez reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 72nd minute Fred Renteria shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Caco Silveira saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. An unexpectedly hard shot by Jonathan Fontes in the 73rd minute of play forced Creekers's goalkeeper Omar Jimenez to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After 73 played minutes Creekers got a freekick which was hit by Reynaldo Driscoll. After some careless play in the Creekers defense, Luizão de Brito kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Omar Jimenez. The Creekers fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Omar Jimenez should have stopped the shot. The supporters of Chinho FC booed when Creekers was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 76 match minutes in a wonderful position. Reynaldo Driscoll didn't get a good kick on the ball. Omar Jimenez was in exellent shape and made a fantastic save when he, in the 77th minute of the match, managed to get hold of the ball after a long shot from Nuno de Lima. Luizão de Brito's shot straight on target was not completely harmless. The ball had pretty good speed, but Omar Jimenez firmly grabbed it by the left post. After a rather tough play, Chinho FC's Jonathan Fontes got a free kick in the 79th minute. With a little luck, Creekers's Omar Jimenez got control of the ball when Luizão de Brito tried to sneak it across the goal line. When the match was over Chinho FC could go home with a victory in their luggage, having controlled the game far better than Creekers throughout the match.
