The crowd rose to their feet as Patrick Mangueira kicked a wonderful shot that went in to the left of a diving Pedro Asur. That made the score 1-0 in the 4 minute of play. Pedro Asur made a fantastic save in the 6th minute, when Reynaldo Travassos sent off a good shot on target. After a rather tough play, Gaviotas FC's Gregorio Frans got a free kick in the 11th minute. 15 minutes into the match, H4K.BR's Patrick Mangueira sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Pedro Asur narrowly saved just below the crossbar. A collision led to Gaviotas FC getting a freekick after 18 minutes play. Baldomiro Oliverios hit a great ball. Abelardo Vidal hit a great freekick 21 minutes into the match. With a little luck, Gaviotas FC's Pedro Asur got control of the ball when Patrick Mangueira tried to sneak it across the goal line. If Gilberto Bastos had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 29th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Pedro Asur was in the perfect position, and the defense had done a good job marking him, but Patrick Mangueira showcased his skills and made a perfect shot to score 2-1 in the 37 minute of play. Rômulo Secco kicked well hit freekick during the 45th minute of the match. No-one was surprised that the home team were leading 2-1 at half-time.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Reynaldo Travassos made a kick off. After 51 minutes of play, H4K.BR's Reynaldo Travassos made it 3-1 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Pedro Asur was left in no man's land by his defense there! 54 minutes into the game, H4K.BR's Reynaldo Travassos nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Pedro Asur made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 4-1. The audience was convinced that Patrick Mangueira's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Pedro Asur was relentless in the 57th minute of the game. Fabrício Rocha received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 61st minute. Pedro Asur tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Reynaldo Travassos in the 63rd managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Pedro Asur saved Gaviotas FC from getting behind. In the 69th minute, Túlio Vasconcelos hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. After 77 minutes, Gregorio Frans mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Gaviotas FC and the H4K.BR players grew even worse after the yellow card. Gregorio Frans kicked well hit freekick during the 77th minute of the match. 79 minutes into the match, Gaviotas FC's goal looked a bit too open when Patrick Mangueira came free, but Pedro Asur reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 81st minute, Renato Vale hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. The audience was convinced that Reynaldo Travassos's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Pedro Asur was relentless in the 83rd minute of the game. Pedro Asur stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Reynaldo Travassos's shot from short distance in the 85th minute. 94 minutes into the game, Ildefonso Ortle recieved a splendid long ball, split the defenders, and gently placed the ball to the left of Erasmo Baiano. Ildefonso Ortle showed that you don't have to tear a hole in the net to score, 5-2. Gaviotas FC's players left the field with heads hung low after losing a match that had been finely balanced throughout.
