Joacim Andersson could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 24th minute of the match, but Gustav Stephansson made a huge save. Egon Bratt's late challenge caught a StraX Xenon FC's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Egon Bratt helped the player get up and apologised. In the 30th minute, Egon Bratt hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. 31 minutes into the match, Torbjörn Brummer had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Gustav Stephansson. Garphyttan's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Torbjörn Brummer was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 3-0. Mattias Olofsson took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Olof Näver, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. The audience thought a goal was coming when Torbjörn Brummer got free with Gustav Stephansson in the 35th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. An unexpectedly hard shot by David Klementsson in the 38th minute of play forced Garphyttan's goalkeeper Gustav Stephansson to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Gustav Stephansson took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Ulrik Göransson, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Garphyttan's Gustav Stephansson played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by David Klementsson in the 63rd minute of play. In the 65th minute Joacim Andersson shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Gustav Stephansson saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Gustav Stephansson showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from David Klementsson, who was totally free with the ball in the 68th minute.
