Nicodim Zogreanu took the ball and in the 3 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Algot Palmquist. Algot Palmquist dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 1-0. Leonard Cartianu's late challenge caught a Billesholm's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Leonard Cartianu helped the player get up and apologised. 8 minutes into the match, Billesholm's goal looked a bit too open when Nicodim Zogreanu came free, but Algot Palmquist reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Algot Palmquist showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Costică Brânzaș in the 12th minute of the match. A collision led to Filpea Hotspur ★Dac★ getting a freekick after 18 minutes play. Adam Bratiloveanu hit a great ball. After some fancy dribbling in the 20th minute, Rickard Spets managed to get in a good position for a shot. Billesholm's supporters rose to their feet, but Rickard Spets was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Ernest Ştati breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. 26 minutes into the match, Billesholm's goal looked a bit too open when Nicodim Zogreanu came free, but Algot Palmquist reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Bertil Åkesson took a chance and fired a shot far from the goal in the 30th minute, but it turned out to be a dangerous situation for Ernest Ştati. Filpea Hotspur ★Dac★'s goalkeeper really had to stretch himself to stop the ball from crossing the goal line. In the 34th minute Everardo Quinten shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Ernest Ştati saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 39 minutes into the match, Billesholm's goal looked a bit too open when Ion Iftodi came free, but Algot Palmquist reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Algot Palmquist stood somewhat misplaced when Nicodim Zogreanu came free in front of goal and shot 2-0 to the left of him in the 42 minute. When the referee blew for the end of the half the home team players were clearly happier, as they went in to the break leading 2-0.

The audience was convinced that Ion Iftodi's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Algot Palmquist was relentless in the 54th minute of the game. Algot Palmquist showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Nicodim Zogreanu in the 56th minute of the match. Billesholm's Ernst Ahlbom managed, thanks to a brazen rush, stole the ball on a throw-in made by Dacian Burnei in the 59 minute of the game. In the 62nd minute Costică Brânzaș shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Algot Palmquist saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. When Billesholm's Everardo Quinten in the 64th minute got a chance for a shot 64th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Filpea Hotspur ★Dac★'s goalie prevented a goal. Nicodim Zogreanu hit a great freekick 64 minutes into the match. Billesholm's Rutger Löfdahl was substituted for Bertil Åkesson. After 66 played minutes Filpea Hotspur ★Dac★ got a freekick which was hit by Nicodim Zogreanu. Ernest Ştati came out of the goal in the 75th minute to try and stop a shot by Billesholm's Everardo Quinten. But to his dismay, Everardo Quinten quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 2-1. Filpea Hotspur ★Dac★'s Ernest Ştati proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 79th minute of the match, managed to save Filpea Hotspur ★Dac★ from getting a goal against them. Everardo Quinten received a nice pass, split the defenders, and ran untouched towards the goal. Ernest Ştati came out and tried to block the shot, but Everardo Quinten slotted it home off the left post making it 2-2 in the 83rd minute. Everardo Quinten's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Ernest Ştati read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 87th minute of play. 90 minutes had been played when some careless play by Filpea Hotspur ★Dac★'s defense caused the ball to cross the line for a corner. Ernst Ahlbom was slow to take the kick. During this time Billesholm's players had a chance to rest. Billesholm's Anderson Rudolfo was first on the ball when the corner was shot and he dangerously headed the ball towards goal, but Ernest Ştati in the goal jumped up to prevent it from getting in. 90 minutes into the game, Billesholm's Anderson Rudolfo nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Ernest Ştati made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 2-3. If Knut Danielsson had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 93rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. Ernest Ştati took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Knut Danielsson, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 96th minute of the match Billesholm got a corner. Filpea Hotspur ★Dac★'s goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. Ernst Ahlbom ran over to the corner to take the kick. The corner led Billesholm's Ernst Ahlbom to fire away a dangerous shot which Ernest Ştati despite some difficulties managed to get hold on the ball.
