With a couple of smart ball manuevers Iustinian Pistol in the 3rd managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Vučko Jovović saved Warriors of Gora™ from getting behind. Junior Shevchenko who was well placed in front of the goal fired away a dangerous shot that in the 13thth minute tested the skills of Nechifor Curuțiu when he managed to save the team from getting behind. In the 21stth minute of the game Junior Shevchenko who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Rasnita's Nechifor Curuțiu was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Junior Shevchenko in the 22ndth minute had a little luck and got a chance for a shot in front of the goal. Without hesitation aimed to the right of Nechifor Curuțiu, who managed to lunge to the right direction and made a save. Andrei Arghiroiu received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 23rd minute. Vučko Jovović tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Warriors of Gora™'s Vučko Jovović played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Iosif Doicaru in the 30th minute of play. 31 minutes into the match, Rasnita's goal looked a bit too open when Junior Shevchenko came free, but Nechifor Curuțiu reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. A collision led to Rasnita getting a freekick after 34 minutes play. Costel Barbăroșie hit a great ball. Sabin Mihuț's late challenge caught a Warriors of Gora™'s player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Sabin Mihuț helped the player get up and apologised. Sabin Mihuț hit a great freekick 37 minutes into the match. In the 38th minute, Junior Shevchenko got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. With a little luck, Rasnita's Nechifor Curuțiu got control of the ball when Big Ben tried to sneak it across the goal line. After a very even first half the match was still tied. The players went to their respective dressing rooms to discuss the tactics for the second half.

Big Ben recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 51st minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. When Warriors of Gora™'s Junior Shevchenko in the 52nd minute got a chance for a shot 52nd didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Rasnita's goalie prevented a goal. Mihajlo Radosavljev fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 57th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Nechifor Curuțiu having to interfere. Vučko Jovović made an important save on a dangerous shot by Iosif Doicaru in the 60th minute. 61 minutes into the match, Rasnita's goal looked a bit too open when Junior Shevchenko came free, but Nechifor Curuțiu reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After 68 played minutes Warriors of Gora™ got a freekick which was hit by Žarko Zdravić. Iosif Doicaru struck a weak shot in the 71st minute. Vučko Jovović didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Rasnita. After 76 minutes Warriors of Gora™'s defender was forced to head the ball over the line for a corner. It was Gigel Ifrim who took care of the corner kick. Nechifor Curuțiu showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Junior Shevchenko, who was totally free with the ball in the 78th minute. An unexpectedly hard shot by Junior Shevchenko in the 90th minute of play forced Rasnita's goalkeeper Nechifor Curuțiu to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. The audience was convinced that Junior Shevchenko's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Nechifor Curuțiu was relentless in the 91st minute of the game.
