In the 24th minute, Pepsi Fuchibol Clu's Amancio Abechuco ran free of his marker and smoothly shot the ball into the goal behind Saturnino Sol. Saturnino Sol yelled at his defense, as they had left him out to dry. 1-0. In the 27th minute, Marcelo Kaiet ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Cordaryal Abadia was frozen by the shot and now it was 1-1. In the 31st minute Eder Abella shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Saturnino Sol saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. An unexpectedly hard shot by Mincho Abadia in the 37th minute of play forced Celestiales's goalkeeper Saturnino Sol to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Amancio Abechuco struck a weak shot in the 41st minute. Saturnino Sol didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Pepsi Fuchibol Clu. Amancio Abechuco sent away a hard shot on goal in the 47th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. The fans had the chance to grab some refreshments as the whistle went for half-time. The score stood at 1-1 after a close first half.

If Fausto Montes had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 70th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. When Fausto Montes came up free with the goalie in the 72nd minute, the Celestiales fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Fausto Montes couldn't finish the play. Saturnino Sol showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Amancio Abechuco, who was totally free with the ball in the 75th minute. Pepsi Fuchibol Clu's attacker deliberately struck the ball against an opponent to win a corner for his team. The corner was taken by Amancio Abechuco in the 76th minute. In the 92nd minute, Domingo Abadie hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Bernabe Sancho might have been able to make a better finish in the 93rd minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Cordaryal Abadia. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Bernabe Sancho ran back to his position shaking his head. 93 minutes into the match, Pepsi Fuchibol Clu's goal looked a bit too open when Bernabe Sancho came free, but Cordaryal Abadia reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line.
