In the 18th minute Lakhdar Guendouz shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Dennis Säfström saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Dennis Säfström stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Mamaar Fergani's shot from short distance in the 20th minute. Dennis Säfström made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Mamaar Fergani in the 23rd minute of play. Sannegården BK's Dennis Säfström played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Lakhdar Guendouz in the 26th minute of play. Valdemar Sjögren's late challenge caught a Salmiyah Power's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Valdemar Sjögren helped the player get up and apologised. After 43 minutes of play, Salmiyah Power's Mamaar Fergani made it 0-2 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Dennis Säfström was left in no man's land by his defense there! The Sannegården BK players were disheartened as they walked off the pitch after the first half. Salmiyah Power were winning 0-2.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Valdemar Sjögren stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. A collision led to Salmiyah Power getting a freekick after 52 minutes play. Zhang Mo Kun hit a great ball. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Valdemar Sjögren in the 53rd minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Hemza Derrida prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Mamaar Fergani received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 54th minute. Dennis Säfström tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Epifanio Clementi could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 56th minute of the match, but Dennis Säfström made a huge save. In the 57th minute, Salmiyah Power's Epifanio Clementi ran free of his marker and smoothly shot the ball into the goal behind Dennis Säfström. Dennis Säfström yelled at his defense, as they had left him out to dry. 0-3. Lakhdar Guendouz recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 60th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Dennis Säfström made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Mamaar Fergani in the 60th minute of play. After some careless play in the Sannegården BK defense, Lakhdar Guendouz kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Dennis Säfström. The Sannegården BK fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Dennis Säfström should have stopped the shot. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Valdemar Sjögren in the 95th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Hemza Derrida saved Salmiyah Power from getting behind. Salmiyah Power's fans were overjoyed with their teams well-earned victory and stayed in the stadium long after the final whistle to celebrate the win.
