The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 28th minute Klaas Jan van der Meer shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Zula Bator saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. KOZIOŁKI KKS POZNAŃ's Zula Bator played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Klaas Jan van der Meer in the 29th minute of play. Klaas Jan van der Meer took the ball and in the 32 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Zula Bator. Zula Bator dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 0-2. 42 minutes into the match, White Star Troopers's goal looked a bit too open when Derman Cruchet came free, but Fryderyk Huk reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 45th minute, Klaas Jan van der Meer left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The White Star Troopers fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 0-3. After the first half White Star Troopers were leading 0-3. They had played with great self confidence throughout the first half and fully deserved their lead.

52 minutes into the match, KOZIOŁKI KKS POZNAŃ's goalkeeper Zula Bator had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Jerzy Jastrowicz. Zula Bator showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Klaas Jan van der Meer in the 56th minute of the match. Zula Bator stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Adam Proca's shot from short distance in the 59th minute. When the match had gone on for 59 minutes, Adam Proca put it in 0-4 from a short distance just to the right of Zula Bator. KOZIOŁKI KKS POZNAŃ's Zula Bator played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Adam Proca in the 62nd minute of play. Zula Bator came out of the goal in the 63rd minute to try and stop a shot by White Star Troopers's Klaas Jan van der Meer. But to his dismay, Klaas Jan van der Meer quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-5. KOZIOŁKI KKS POZNAŃ's Zula Bator played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Adam Proca in the 66th minute of play. The audience was convinced that Derman Cruchet's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Fryderyk Huk was relentless in the 68th minute of the game. Jerzy Jastrowicz could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 73rd minute of the match, but Zula Bator made a huge save. In the 75th minute Artur Wierzbicki shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Fryderyk Huk saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Radomil Cielencki hit a great freekick 77 minutes into the match. A collision led to KOZIOŁKI KKS POZNAŃ getting a freekick after 78 minutes play. Radomil Cielencki hit a great ball. The long shot by Iwo Lepper in the 79th minute really tested Zula Bator's skills. The ball was on its way into the goal to the left of him when he managed to stretch himself and save the shot and avoid a goal. The supporters of White Star Troopers booed when KOZIOŁKI KKS POZNAŃ was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 80 match minutes in a wonderful position. Antoni Zacharczyk didn't get a good kick on the ball. Jerzy Jastrowicz was probably a little too eager to shoot when he, in the 81st played minute, shot the ball from way out. The shot was hard, but the ball flew wide of the goal. In the 83rd minute Derman Cruchet shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Fryderyk Huk saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line.
