The supporters of KFC Uerdingen 05 booed when Momentum FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 31 match minutes in a wonderful position. Andrés Calamaro didn't get a good kick on the ball. With a little luck, Momentum FC's Zhao Feng Chen got control of the ball when Lando Cürten tried to sneak it across the goal line. The away team players looked dejected as the walked off the pitch at half time. They had fought hard, but were still losing 2-0.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Victoriano Millrick to make the kick off. Momentum FC's Zhao Feng Chen played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Fabrizio Nowak in the 52nd minute of play. Segundo Jerold fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 72nd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Vilgot Fransson having to interfere. 74 minutes into the game, Freddy Nesto cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 2-1. Vilgot Fransson was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Zhao Feng Chen took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Frederic Bell, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. KFC Uerdingen 05's goalkeeper couldn't reach when Freddy Nesto 80 minutes into the game got a good kick on the ball which found its way into goal just inside left pole. 2-2. Luo Ying Liang scored 3-2 in the 88th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Zhao Feng Chen, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Momentum FC's Zhao Feng Chen played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Luo Ying Liang in the 92nd minute of play. Segundo Jerold kicked well hit freekick during the 93rd minute of the match. Zhao Feng Chen showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Luo Ying Liang, who was totally free with the ball in the 95th minute. The KFC Uerdingen 05 fans cheered their team off the field, for while Momentum FC had put up a good fight, they were unable to come out of the game with any points to show for their effort.
