An unexpectedly hard shot by Antonello Bartolomucci in the 20th minute of play forced Herblay's goalkeeper Qian Zheng Yi to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Qian Zheng Yi showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Antonello Bartolomucci in the 20th minute of the match. Qian Zheng Yi showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Arturo Baciadonne, who was totally free with the ball in the 23rd minute. It was Iwo Mojsiewicz who took care of the corner kick. Victor Testu who was well placed in front of the goal fired away a dangerous shot that in the 37thth minute tested the skills of Amerigo Taranto when he managed to save the team from getting behind. After 40 played minutes FC Mims got a freekick which was hit by Ciccio Lucente. In the 41st minute, Herblay's Karim Bellarabi dribbled the ball into the box and hit a shot with the outside of his foot, sending the keeper the wrong way. 1-0. With his leg Amerigo Taranto managed to avoid a goal in the 45thth minute, when Herblay's Adam Raulin fired away a shot with a lot of spin towards his right hand side.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Arturo Baciadonne to strike the kick off in the second half. The supporters of FC Mims booed when Herblay was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 56 match minutes in a wonderful position. Victor Testu didn't get a good kick on the ball. Mustapha Monteillet received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 59th minute. Amerigo Taranto tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Amerigo Taranto came out of the goal in the 81st minute to try and stop a shot by Herblay's Victor Testu. But to his dismay, Victor Testu quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 5-0. Karim Bellarabi received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 88th minute. Amerigo Taranto tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 94th minute Victor Testu shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Amerigo Taranto saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. There were very few away supporters still in the ground by the end of the match. Most of them had left early, disgusted by the way their team had been torn apart. Herblay fully deserved thier win.
