Abel Ribeiro hit a great freekick 2 minutes into the match. An unexpectedly hard shot by Vali Cornoiu in the 4th minute of play forced Vestegnens Betonhelte's goalkeeper Kåre Hård to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Vali Cornoiu's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Kåre Hård read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 7th minute of play. 8 minutes into the match, Vali Cornoiu dribbled the ball past the defender and swiftly kicked the ball to the left of Kåre Hård, 1-0. When GuateFortín's Vali Cornoiu in the 14th minute got a chance for a shot 14th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. Kåre Hård stood somewhat misplaced when William Villanueva came free in front of goal and shot 3-0 to the left of him in the 27 minute. Marcelo Barovero made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Qämbäräliyev Zaâmoucha in the 30th minute of play. In the 35th minute, Vali Cornoiu ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Kåre Hård was frozen by the shot and now it was 4-0. Kåre Hård made an important save on a dangerous shot by Vali Cornoiu in the 38th minute. GuateFortín's attentive Pablo Mora managed to snatch the ball when Asger Rühl made a throw-in in the 40th minute of the game. Kåre Hård acted impressively in front of the goal and made a superb save when he, in the 42nd minute, took the ball on the long shot from Sarbelio Ayala. In the 44th minute, GuateFortín's Sarbelio Ayala seemed to kick out at an opponent. The referee saw this and, surprisingly, showed Sarbelio Ayala the red card, dismissing him from the pitch. The coaching staff of GuateFortín protested bitterly, but the referee would have none of it, and Sarbelio Ayala had no choice but to slowly walk off the pitch.

The referee showed Stuart Perlt the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. In the 54th minute, Stuart Perlt hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. In the 58th minute the ball was on its way in behind Vestegnens Betonhelte's goalkeeper Kåre Hård, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. 64 minutes into the match, Vali Cornoiu notched a goal, 6-0, to the right of Vestegnens Betonhelte's Kåre Hård. Kåre Hård was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. William Villanueva recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 71st minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Kåre Hård showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Miguel Ángel Benito, who was totally free with the ball in the 72nd minute. Stuart Perlt made in the 74th minute of the game a quick throw-in and Bo Dega immediately put the ball in play. Miguel Ángel Benito might have been able to make a better finish in the 78th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Kåre Hård. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Miguel Ángel Benito ran back to his position shaking his head. Kåre Hård was left in no man's land by his defense there! Edgardo Murgas's late challenge caught a Vestegnens Betonhelte's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Edgardo Murgas helped the player get up and apologised. After a rather tough play, GuateFortín's Edgardo Murgas got a free kick in the 96th minute. The referee blew his whistle, and the match came to a close. The players exchanged shirts and headed down the tunnel. The GuateFortín fans cheered their team off the field, for while Vestegnens Betonhelte had put up a good fight, they were unable to come out of the game with any points to show for their effort.
