Edelmiro Bastia charged in rather forcefully in the 3rd minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Edelmiro Bastia the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. After a rather tough play, Menchu FC's Edelmiro Bastia got a free kick in the 3rd minute. Astor Cefero took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Cezary Czeszyk, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Junior Savaş took the ball and in the 14 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Cedrick Francoeur. Cedrick Francoeur dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 1-0. After a rather tough play, Menchu FC's Carlos Puyol got a free kick in the 19th minute. Kazimierz Gaszynski struck a weak shot in the 20th minute. Astor Cefero didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for FC Catalonia. 24 minutes into the match, FC Catalonia's goal looked a bit too open when Junior Savaş came free, but Cedrick Francoeur reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. 26 minutes into the match, Menchu FC's goal looked a bit too open when Cezary Czeszyk came free, but Astor Cefero reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 27th minute FC Catalonia were awarded a corner. Kazimierz Gaszynski went to the cornerflag to take it. The supporters of Menchu FC booed when FC Catalonia was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 27 match minutes in a wonderful position. Wlodzimierz Raszek didn't get a good kick on the ball. Jeremias Harkaitz sent away a hard shot on goal in the 32nd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Cedrick Francoeur showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Junior Savaş, who was totally free with the ball in the 35th minute. A throw-in in the 39th minute of the game was made by Damian Danisiewicz with Wlodzimierz Raszek as target, who quickly passed the ball forward. The audience was convinced that Lino Roldan's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Cedrick Francoeur was relentless in the 41st minute of the game. When Menchu FC's Junior Savaş in the 43rd minute got a chance for a shot 43rd didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye FC Catalonia's goalie prevented a goal.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Junior Savaş made a kick off. Javi Milei hit a great freekick 50 minutes into the match. After a rather tough play, FC Catalonia's Gilbert Betonowy got a free kick in the 52nd minute. A collision led to FC Catalonia getting a freekick after 57 minutes play. Jerzy Bejgier hit a great ball. In the 58th minute, Junior Savaş ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Cedrick Francoeur was frozen by the shot and now it was 2-0. Menchu FC's Aristides Inge was substituted for Jeremias Harkaitz. Menchu FC made a substitution. Urbano Azeari replaced Javi Milei. Jerzy Bejgier kicked well hit freekick during the 68th minute of the match. Cedrick Francoeur showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Urbano Azeari in the 69th minute of the match. Czeslaw Piczak sent away a hard shot on goal in the 70th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. After 71 played minutes Menchu FC got a freekick which was hit by Benigno Karmel. Menchu FC's attacker deliberately struck the ball against an opponent to win a corner for his team. The corner was taken by Benigno Karmel in the 78th minute. A nice corner shot did that Benigno Karmel got away a dangerous shot. Despite this Cedrick Francoeur quite easily got ahold of the ball to make the save. In the 79th minute, Czeslaw Piczak hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Cedrick Francoeur showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Urbano Azeari in the 80th minute of the match. When Wlodzimierz Raszek fell near the penalty area in the 82nd minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored FC Catalonia's protests and gave Wlodzimierz Raszek a yellow card for diving instead. After 82 played minutes FC Catalonia got a freekick which was hit by Wlodzimierz Raszek. The audience thought a goal was coming when Cezary Czeszyk got free with Astor Cefero in the 84th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Cedrick Francoeur showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Junior Savaş in the 86th minute of the match. If Lino Roldan had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 95th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. For all the effort they put into the match, the FC Catalonia players left disappointed. They had fought hard, but couldn't break down the home team's defense. The match ended in a win for Menchu FC.
