He stayed cool and waited for the goalkeeper to move, before he confidently shot the ball into the goal, to the left of Theagenis Giannou. The audience thought a goal was coming when Angelo Iturri got free with Theagenis Giannou in the 20th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. After 32 played minutes Lipochσrion FC got a freekick which was hit by Spyros Kotsolis.
