Spectators: 7777 (Terracing: 5833, Seating: 1789, VIP seats: 155) It was fairly windy and cold on the field when Carlitos Caszely kicked off to start the match. After 2 minutes, Andrea Iannotti mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Alba FC and the Colo-Colo players grew even worse after the yellow card. The supporters of Colo-Colo booed when Alba FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 2 match minutes in a wonderful position. Andrea Iannotti didn't get a good kick on the ball. Ivo Basay hit a great freekick 5 minutes into the match. Demetrio Felli made a fantastic save in the 8th minute, when Mati Fernández sent off a good shot on target. Through an outstanding action, after 20 minutes, Demetrio Felli successfully got his hands on the ball before it slid into the goal at the right post. Demetrio Felli didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Carlitos Caszely went, in the 20th minute, to the upper right corner, 2-0 was the resulting score. Demetrio Felli made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Carlitos Caszely in the 28th minute of play. Federico Di Iorio's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Pinone Claro read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 29th minute of play. Alba FC's Demetrio Felli proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 33rd minute of the match, managed to save Alba FC from getting a goal against them. Pinone Claro came out of the goal in the 35th minute to try and stop a shot by Alba FC's Federico Di Iorio. But to his dismay, Federico Di Iorio quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 3-1. Federico Di Iorio recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 37th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Pinone Claro showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Enrico De Grandis, who was totally free with the ball in the 38th minute. 40 minutes into the match, Carlitos Caszely dribbled the ball past the defender and swiftly kicked the ball to the left of Demetrio Felli, 4-1. In the 42nd match minute, Alba FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Donato Amatori to maneuver through the defense. When the referee blew for the end of the half the home team players were clearly happier, as they went in to the break leading 4-1.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Enrico De Grandis to strike the kick off in the second half. Donato Amatori hit a great freekick 52 minutes into the match. After 53 played minutes Alba FC got a freekick which was hit by Federico Di Iorio. Demetrio Felli showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Ivo Basay in the 54th minute of the match. Demetrio Felli took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Ivo Basay, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. 61 minutes into the match, Colo-Colo's goalkeeper Pinone Claro had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Donato Amatori. In the 64th minute, Alba FC's Enrico De Grandis dribbled the ball into the box and hit a shot with the outside of his foot, sending the keeper the wrong way. 4-2. 68 minutes into the match, Donato Amatori notched a goal, 4-3, to the right of Colo-Colo's Pinone Claro. Pinone Claro was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. The audience thought a goal was coming when Federico Di Iorio got free with Pinone Claro in the 71st minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Colo-Colo's Luis Mena was substituted for Marcos Francisco Aguayo. Alba FC were awarded a corner in the 74th minute after Colo-Colo's defender lost control of the ball, allowing it to roll out over the line. Flavio Fantini took the corner. Alba FC's Ermanno Casale was first on the ball when the corner was shot and he dangerously headed the ball towards goal, but Pinone Claro in the goal jumped up to prevent it from getting in. In the 76th minute, Fortunato Carlini hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. The supporters of Colo-Colo booed when Alba FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 79 match minutes in a wonderful position. Domenico Giocondo didn't get a good kick on the ball. After 80 played minutes Alba FC got a freekick which was hit by Domenico Giocondo. Pinone Claro made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Enrico De Grandis in the 82nd minute of play. After a rather tough play, Alba FC's Andrea Iannotti got a free kick in the 83rd minute. If Toninho Bibikov had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 84th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 87th minute, Colo-Colo's goalie took a deep sigh of relief after Christian Paganelli fired away a hard shot that went just outside the left post. Alba FC's Demetrio Felli played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Carlitos Caszely in the 88th minute of play. Demetrio Felli showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Toninho Bibikov in the 90th minute of the match. An unexpectedly hard shot by Mati Fernández in the 92nd minute of play forced Alba FC's goalkeeper Demetrio Felli to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Colo-Colo's fans were exulted and cheered after their team won in a match that could easily have gone the other way.
