Seating: 1796, VIP seats: 155) KS Hetman Zamosc's Teofil Wawak started the match with a crisp pass. The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. 4 minutes into the match, Artur Šubert notched a goal, 0-1, to the right of KS Hetman Zamosc's Sylwester Charlap. Sylwester Charlap was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. 6 minutes into the game, Artur Šubert cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 0-2. Sylwester Charlap was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Sylwester Charlap showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Aleš Širůček in the 9th minute of the match. Sylwester Charlap made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Artur Šubert in the 10th minute of play. Vladimír Mergl stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Teofil Wawak's shot from short distance in the 12th minute. After a rather tough play, KS Hetman Zamosc's Kryspin Pierz got a free kick in the 13th minute. KS Hetman Zamosc's Sylwester Charlap played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Aleš Širůček in the 15th minute of play. Sylwester Charlap took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Artur Šubert, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Evžen Pergl sent away a hard shot on goal in the 23rd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. An unexpectedly hard shot by Arkadiusz Madej in the 25th minute of play forced FK Eldema Mstišov's goalkeeper Vladimír Mergl to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. A collision led to FK Eldema Mstišov getting a freekick after 30 minutes play. Václav Meloun hit a great ball. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Aleš Širůček in the 36th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Sylwester Charlap prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Artur Šubert might have been able to make a better finish in the 42nd minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Sylwester Charlap. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Artur Šubert ran back to his position shaking his head. Kryspin Pierz could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 44th minute of the match, but Vladimír Mergl made a huge save. Luck had favoured the away team in the first, and they walked off with a 0-2 lead.
A collision led to FK Eldema Mstišov getting a freekick after 53 minutes play. Artur Šubert hit a great ball. The crowd rose to their feet as Artur Šubert kicked a wonderful shot that went in to the left of a diving Sylwester Charlap. That made the score 0-3 in the 59 minute of play. With an all-out effort, FK Eldema Mstišov's Sylwester Charlap threw himself towards the right post 64 minutes into the match and grabbed hold of the ball from Artur Šubert, which otherwise would have been placed in the net. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Petr Palička during the 65th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. In the 65th match minute, FK Eldema Mstišov was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Petr Palička to maneuver through the defense. Vladimír Mergl showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Kryspin Pierz, who was totally free with the ball in the 66th minute. After 69 minutes KS Hetman Zamosc's defender was forced to head the ball over the line for a corner. It was Evžen Pergl who took care of the corner kick. The corner led FK Eldema Mstišov's Evžen Pergl to fire away a dangerous shot which Sylwester Charlap despite some difficulties managed to get hold on the ball. Artur Šubert could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 70th minute of the match, but Sylwester Charlap made a huge save. In the 72nd minute of the match FK Eldema Mstišov got a corner. KS Hetman Zamosc's goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. Evžen Pergl ran over to the corner to take the kick. Sylwester Charlap showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Artur Šubert, who was totally free with the ball in the 73rd minute. When FK Eldema Mstišov's Artur Šubert in the 73rd minute got a chance for a shot 73rd didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye KS Hetman Zamosc's goalie prevented a goal. 74 minutes into the game, Tolek Majkowski was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. KS Hetman Zamosc's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave FK Eldema Mstišov the free kick. Tolek Majkowski kicked well hit freekick during the 74th minute of the match. Aleš Širůček recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 76th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. In the 78th minute Kryspin Pierz shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Vladimír Mergl saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. KS Hetman Zamosc's Sylwester Charlap proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 82nd minute of the match, managed to save KS Hetman Zamosc from getting a goal against them. Vladimír Mergl made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Kryspin Pierz in the 83rd minute of play. After 85 minutes of play, KS Hetman Zamosc's Kryspin Pierz made it 1-3 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Vladimír Mergl was left in no man's land by his defense there! After a rather tough play, FK Eldema Mstišov's Kamil Šebela got a free kick in the 92nd minute. Vladimír Mergl came out of the goal in the 95th minute to try and stop a shot by KS Hetman Zamosc's Arkadiusz Madej. But to his dismay, Arkadiusz Madej quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 2-3. FK Eldema Mstišov's fans were overjoyed with their teams well-earned victory and stayed in the stadium long after the final whistle to celebrate the win.
