Roberto Sarri kicked well hit freekick during the 4th minute of the match. After recieving a nice pass, FC Acatar's Edgar Șeicaru tried to score from far away in the 5th minute, but the ball went over the crossbar. The supporters of FC Acatar booed when Vanadio F.C. was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 5 match minutes in a wonderful position. Osvaldo Peregrin didn't get a good kick on the ball. Alin Chiru did some fancy footwork in front of goal and succeeded to deceive the defenders so he could slam the ball in 1-0 to the left of a surprised Etxeberri Benavides 7 minutes into the match. In the 15th minute, Stéphane Luxembourg hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Etxeberri Benavides showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Nicu Vornicu, who was totally free with the ball in the 22nd minute. 26 minutes into the match, Eladio Sotorrio had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Ekhemos Kezdoglou. FC Acatar's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Eladio Sotorrio was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 1-1. A collision led to FC Acatar getting a freekick after 31 minutes play. Svante Malmström hit a great ball. After having played for 32 minutes, Javier Telego managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Vanadio F.C.'s supporters crossed their fingers, but Javier Telego was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. In the 36th minute, Ubaldo Oca left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Vanadio F.C. fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 1-2. An unexpectedly hard shot by Felix Logofătu in the 41st minute of play forced Vanadio F.C.'s goalkeeper Etxeberri Benavides to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Ekhemos Kezdoglou showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Jonathan Antecha in the 43rd minute of the match. FC Acatar's Ekhemos Kezdoglou played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Ubaldo Oca in the 45th minute of play. Vanadio F.C.'s Etxeberri Benavides played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Felix Logofătu in the 47th minute of play.

In the 52nd minute Ubaldo Oca shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Ekhemos Kezdoglou saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. The FC Acatar fans' excitement grew in the 63rd match minute when FC Acatar's Nicu Vornicu looked to have a clear shot with the ball near the goal. The shot wasn't hard, but the ball still rolled over the goal line to make it 2-2 before the goalkeeper had a chance to intervene. An unexpectedly hard shot by Felix Logofătu in the 68th minute of play forced Vanadio F.C.'s goalkeeper Etxeberri Benavides to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Ekhemos Kezdoglou showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Eladio Sotorrio, who was totally free with the ball in the 73rd minute. Ekhemos Kezdoglou made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Bordat Aries in the 79th minute of play. If Alin Chiru had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 80th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Eladio Sotorrio might have been able to make a better finish in the 82nd minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Ekhemos Kezdoglou. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Eladio Sotorrio ran back to his position shaking his head. 84 minutes into the match, Eladio Sotorrio had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Ekhemos Kezdoglou. In the 96th minute, Vanadio F.C.'s Eladio Sotorrio ran free of his marker and smoothly shot the ball into the goal behind Ekhemos Kezdoglou. Ekhemos Kezdoglou yelled at his defense, as they had left him out to dry. 2-4. FC Acatar made a substitution. Marian Demian replaced Felix Logofătu. The FC Acatar supporters were disappointed that their team didn't take anything from the match, despite matching Vanadio F.C.'s performance. The match ended with a win for Vanadio F.C..
