The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. After a rather tough play, Tabalongo AFC's Joel Pomar got a free kick in the 4th minute. The audience thought a goal was coming when Joel Pomar got free with Cesario Sangra in the 6th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Joel Pomar could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 7th minute of the match, but Cesario Sangra made a huge save. Nemesio De la Sotta showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Hustaz Bonal, who was totally free with the ball in the 11th minute. When the match had gone on for 21 minutes, Joel Pomar put it in 1-0 from a short distance just to the right of Cesario Sangra. The supporters of Tabalongo AFC booed when 25 de Noviembre FBC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 27 match minutes in a wonderful position. Velasco Viles didn't get a good kick on the ball. Nemesio De la Sotta came out of the goal in the 29th minute to try and stop a shot by 25 de Noviembre FBC's Hustaz Bonal. But to his dismay, Hustaz Bonal quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 1-1. Sadurni Pastor kicked well hit freekick during the 36th minute of the match. Txomin Cuminao kicked well hit freekick during the 38th minute of the match. Xeromo Atauri sent away a hard shot on goal in the 38th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. In the 38th minute Xeromo Atauri shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Nemesio De la Sotta saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Nemesio De la Sotta made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Franco Villalobos in the 42nd minute of play. 43 minutes into the match, Tabalongo AFC's goal looked a bit too open when Aristides Felipez came free, but Nemesio De la Sotta reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. When the match had gone on for 45 minutes, Fausto Rouse took a quick shot and it went in 2-1 without a chance for Cesario Sangra to make any attempt to save it. All the noise was coming from the home fans when the whistle went for half-time. The home team had fought hardest to put themselves in a deserved lead.
In the 54th minute Joel Pomar shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Cesario Sangra saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 25 de Noviembre FBC's Cesario Sangra played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Fausto Rouse in the 55th minute of play. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Nicolas Vada during the 56th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. After 56 played minutes 25 de Noviembre FBC got a freekick which was hit by Nicolas Vada. Cesario Sangra took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Isaac Felip, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 60th minute Fausto Rouse shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Cesario Sangra saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Nemesio De la Sotta made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Aristides Felipez in the 63rd minute of play. Fausto Rouse took the ball and in the 64 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Cesario Sangra. Cesario Sangra dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 3-1. 25 de Noviembre FBC's Cesario Sangra played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Fausto Rouse in the 67th minute of play. Cesario Sangra came out of the goal in the 69th minute to try and stop a shot by Tabalongo AFC's Igor Pais. But to his dismay, Igor Pais quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 4-1. Cesario Sangra showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Fausto Rouse in the 74th minute of the match. In the 79th minute, Fausto Rouse ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Cesario Sangra was frozen by the shot and now it was 5-1. Cesario Sangra took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Isaac Felip, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. After 86 minutes of play, Tabalongo AFC's Isaac Felip made it 6-1 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Cesario Sangra was left in no man's land by his defense there! In the 90th minute Fausto Rouse shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Cesario Sangra saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Cesario Sangra didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Fausto Rouse went, in the 91st minute, to the upper right corner, 7-1 was the resulting score. Tabalongo AFC's Isaac Felip managed to work through 25 de Noviembre FBC's defense and was going for an easy goal, but he hit the shot with his toe and the ball flew outside the goal. Isaac Felip dejectedly held out his arms as if to ask why the ball hadn't gone in. For all the effort they put into the match, the 25 de Noviembre FBC players left disappointed. They had fought hard, but couldn't break down the home team's defense. The match ended in a win for Tabalongo AFC.
