After 8 minutes, Tião Messias mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the ♣¥ OS IMPOSSIVEIS ¥♣ and the 25 de Noviembre FBC players grew even worse after the yellow card. After 8 played minutes ♣¥ OS IMPOSSIVEIS ¥♣ got a freekick which was hit by Tião Messias. 25 de Noviembre FBC's attacker deliberately struck the ball against an opponent to win a corner for his team. The corner was taken by Xeromo Atauri in the 11th minute. The corner ended in Xeromo Atauri almost managing to get the ball behind the net, but ♣¥ OS IMPOSSIVEIS ¥♣'s José Vítor da Mata did a great save. In the 13th match minute, 25 de Noviembre FBC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Franco Villalobos to maneuver through the defense. When the match clock showed 18 minutes, the score became 0-1 when Ernesto Ramalho sped through 25 de Noviembre FBC's defense and sent away a curving shot that went into the net to the right of Evarado Ibias. José Vítor da Mata made an important save on a dangerous shot by Toli Pumeral in the 21st minute. Toli Pumeral scored 1-1 in the 21st match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of José Vítor da Mata, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Evarado Ibias came out of the goal in the 25th minute to try and stop a shot by ♣¥ OS IMPOSSIVEIS ¥♣'s Witold Gotfryd. But to his dismay, Witold Gotfryd quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 1-2. Evarado Ibias showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Witold Gotfryd, who was totally free with the ball in the 33rd minute. If Lauro de Medeiros had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 35th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Ernesto Ramalho fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 40th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Evarado Ibias having to interfere. Evarado Ibias took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Lauro de Medeiros, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Witold Gotfryd kicked well hit freekick during the 44th minute of the match. After 46 minutes of play ♣¥ OS IMPOSSIVEIS ¥♣'s Tião Messias was too eager in his attempt to stop his opponent and brought him down. With that he got his second yellow card and was ordered off the ground. After 47 played minutes ♣¥ OS IMPOSSIVEIS ¥♣ got a freekick which was hit by Tião Messias. Toli Pumeral scored 2-2 in the 48th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of José Vítor da Mata, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. The score stood at 2-2 when the half time whistle went. Both sets of players seemed reasonably pleased with how the match was going.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Witold Gotfryd stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. After a defensive mix-up in ♣¥ OS IMPOSSIVEIS ¥♣'s zone, Franco Villalobos stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. José Vítor da Mata came out of the goal and Franco Villalobos tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. A hard shot 62 in the game by Witold Gotfryd from a close distance when the talented Evarado Ibias managed to make a qualified save. 25 de Noviembre FBC's players were relieved. The supporters of ♣¥ OS IMPOSSIVEIS ¥♣ booed when 25 de Noviembre FBC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 73 match minutes in a wonderful position. Renato Caceres didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 80th minute, Eskuin Monteros left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The 25 de Noviembre FBC fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 3-2. An unexpectedly hard shot by Dedé de Toledo in the 85th minute of play forced 25 de Noviembre FBC's goalkeeper Evarado Ibias to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 91st match minute, 25 de Noviembre FBC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Egun Jordana to maneuver through the defense. If Lauro de Medeiros had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 93rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. José Vítor da Mata didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Adam Bareiro went, in the 95th minute, to the upper right corner, 4-2 was the resulting score. The 25 de Noviembre FBC players were eager to celebrate when the final whistle sounded. They had somehow managed to win, even though the away team had held the majority of the possession.
