In the 25th minute Victorino Lopes shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Ştefan Vârlan saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Aurelian Stanciu hit a great freekick 26 minutes into the match. A collision led to Purcaresti CSS getting a freekick after 28 minutes play. Constantin Negru hit a great ball. After a rather tough play, Purcaresti CSS's Constantin Negru got a free kick in the 30th minute. Horaţiu Pătrășcanu hit a great ball. 47 minutes into the match, Purcaresti CSS's goal looked a bit too open when Victorino Lopes came free, but Ştefan Vârlan reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line.
