The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. In the 3rd minute of the game Kalju Normak made a throw-in which Sven Viilma played forward. When the match had gone on for 6 minutes, Stanislas Jolivel put it in 1-0 from a short distance just to the right of Asso Voltri. Versannat's Ruben Latreille quite brazenly broke a throw-in by Kalju Normak, made in the 11th minute of the game. Vormsi Vald's attacker deliberately struck the ball against an opponent to win a corner for his team. The corner was taken by Heiki Krooli in the 20th minute. Victorino Vachon thought of kicking away a contribution in front of goal but messed it up so badly that the ball went to the right of an astonished Raoul Moulinet, a very annoying self made goal in the 21st minute which led to 1-1. Sven Viilma received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 26th minute. Raoul Moulinet tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. A collision led to Vormsi Vald getting a freekick after 31 minutes play. Kalju Normak hit a great ball. After 33 played minutes Versannat got a freekick which was hit by Stanislas Jolivel. With 35 minutes on the clock, Taavi Halliste commited a dangerous tackle. The referee had no choice but to show him the red card. The referee blew the whistle for a penalty in the 34th minute of the game. One of Vormsi Vald:s players had nearly got his shirt torn off by an opponent while getting free in front of Versannat:s goal. If Vahur Muruaas had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 39th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Raoul Moulinet made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Urmet Eenmaa in the 41st minute of play. In the 43rdth minute of the game Stanislas Jolivel who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Vormsi Vald's Asso Voltri was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Asso Voltri showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Stanislas Jolivel, who was totally free with the ball in the 46th minute. Af the end of the first half the score was 2-1. The first half had gone as expected for the home team.

When the match clock showed 53 minutes, the score became 3-1 when Stanislas Jolivel sped through Vormsi Vald's defense and sent away a curving shot that went into the net to the right of Asso Voltri. Asso Voltri showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Stanislas Jolivel, who was totally free with the ball in the 56th minute. After some careless play in the Vormsi Vald defense, Stanislas Jolivel kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Asso Voltri. The Vormsi Vald fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Asso Voltri should have stopped the shot. The supporters of Versannat booed when Vormsi Vald was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 63 match minutes in a wonderful position. Kalju Normak didn't get a good kick on the ball. 65 minutes into the game, Stanislas Jolivel cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 5-1. Asso Voltri was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Asso Voltri made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Stanislas Jolivel in the 82nd minute of play. 85 minutes into the match, Vormsi Vald's goal looked a bit too open when Stanislas Jolivel came free, but Asso Voltri reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Asso Voltri didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Stanislas Jolivel went, in the 87th minute, to the upper right corner, 7-1 was the resulting score. 90 minutes into the game, Stanislas Jolivel cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 8-1. Asso Voltri was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. After a rather tough play, Vormsi Vald's Vahur Muruaas got a free kick in the 92nd minute. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Stanislas Jolivel in the 93rd minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Asso Voltri prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Versannat's supporters were highly satisfied with the result. They cheered their team of the pitch, having watched them win a very even match.
